As an experienced interpreter in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several organizations, and unfortunately, this company and also Future group offers some of the lowest compensation in the industry—typically around $0.10 to $0.12 per minute, and roughly $3 to $4 per hour and interpreters are expected to commit to long 9-hour shifts. The recruitment process is also concerning, as interviewers often lack professional communication skills and fluency in English, making interactions challenging. The company frequently onboards new interpreters at unsustainably low rates. Overall, this setup may not be ideal for those seeking fair compensation and a professionally managed environment.

The Worst of the worst. Zero payment, training certification FORGET ABOUT IT , 9 hours per day , USA time and even after that they still offer a beggars wages, after 9 hours of standing still waiting for a call to interpret I managed to earn almost 5$ with the exchange rates to euro was 3.8 euros , supervisors all idiots , management does not care ,
