Never got my package, no response, no refund

I was a bit skeptical cause of all the reviews but tried it anyways. I needed help with sizing and Hanna got back to me in less than a day. All good, got my order alright - just in different shipments - and everything was fine.

Ordered a product, never received it.
No answer from the support.

Scam company - Never received my item, the shipping number they gave me said the package did not exist, and now its two months later and I am still trying to get in contact with someone, anyone, about a refund. Their messaging system does not work and their phone number is not attached to a real system.

Horrible customer service. kaiteez.com shipping policy states:

"We care about our customers and want to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days for 2D printed items and 2-4 business days for 3D printed items of the payment being confirmed.
The estimated standard shipping time is 4-6 business days for 2D printed items and 7-10 business days for 3D printed items.

Shipping time can be reduced 1-2 days with fast shipping services

In some cases – mainly because of local postal services – orders may be lost or blocked. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks from the date of shipment, we will usually return your order after investigating the case. The fastest way to contact us is via contact page

Contact us to tell us about your problem, we will do the necessary to solve any problem, our priority is your satisfaction!"

Everything about that stated policy is a lie. They do not care. They do not deliver orders as quickly as possible. They do not ship in 1 to 3 days. Shipping was not reduced to 1 to 2 days with so-called fast shipping services. All lies.

Upon inquiring about the shipment, their response: "1-3 business days is just the time to be produced, because this sweater ships worldwide so it needs 1-3 weeks to arrive."

So they have an item listed on their website that hasn't yet been "produced"? If that's the case, they should state it on their website, which they do not.

As I needed the item by a certain date, and did not receive said item, I requested a refund. Their response: "We are so sorry for this situation but your order is being delivered so we cannot refund."

Stay away from this shady company. They're just another fraudulent Chinese scam.

Complete scam. Payment goes to another company and no goods received. Don’t waste your money

I just received 3 personalized New York jets football ornaments. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were nothing like the item on the website. The had a picture of a football inside some scratched, plastic that was unevenly cut out and not clear. They are complete garbage. I emailed the company on Dec 3rd. Hoping they contact me. I sent some pics of what I received. I was so excited about my order, but it was a huge disappointed.
