Great clothing, but unfortunately won't be ordering again.
Honestly, their clothing is great it's definitely not the issue!—I’ve just received my first order and I really like it. However, I unfortunately won’t be buying again due to the shipping and customs costs.
Shipping alone was almost €40 (which I was aware of), but I really wanted to order from KAIIA as I’m a fan. Then, a day before my parcel arrived, I had to pay an additional €36 in customs fees. That’s nearly €80 in total, which is the price of another tracksuit.
It’s such a shame, as I genuinely like their products. I really wish they would at least lower their shipping costs.
Also kindly note that I only ordered 1 tracksuit & a top , which them alone cost around 90€ all together so it's not a bad price at all, it's just the shipping and customs as I've explained.

I recently ordered a hoodie and pants from Kaiia. Unfortunately, the package was delayed a little and took longer than expected to arrive.
From the very beginning, I reached out to their customer support via email. I was truly impressed by how patient, polite, and professional their team was. They responded quickly every time, kept me fully updated on the status of my order, and reassured me that they were personally following up on my delivery.
Even during the delay, they continued sending respectful and helpful emails, which made me feel valued as a customer. In the end, the package arrived safely through Royal Mail.
Kaiia showed great responsibility and care throughout the whole process. Their excellent communication and respectful attitude turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Good quality but will buy a size up in future!
The clothes are good quality and actually fit my legs( I’m a tall-ish girly) so I’ll be buying more from here because it’s the only place I can find where they fit my legs. I did have trouble with my delivery which wasn’t Kaiia’s fault it was the delivery drivers fault for sending it to the wrong address. I eventually got my parcel and was hoping they would be perfect however they was abit tight on the stomach area as I gave birth 6 months ago and for some reason instead of losing any weight I keep putting weight on, but because of the trouble with the delivery I didn’t want the hassle of sending them back so I’ve kept them. I will still buy from them because they are really good and will just be buying the next size up in future. Thank you though for helping with the delivery problem.

Faulty tracksuit, refused to replace
I was really excited to buy a tracksuit from these guys, I ordered next day delivery which didn’t even turn up on time 2 days late. Then I wear the tracksuit for under 2 hours and both zips broke on the hoodie. I reported this to customer service and all they could offer was 30% off my purchase which I think is awful. Really annoying as the tracksuit is nice but the quality isn’t. It would be ok but not even to send out a replacement for their mistake is not on.

I understand how disappointing it must be to have your tracksuit arrive later than expected, and to then encounter issues with the zippers shortly after wearing it. We strive to provide high-quality products and timely delivery, and it is clear we fell short in this instance.
Regarding the 30% discount we offered, I understand that this may not feel sufficient given the circumstances. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements for items. Our standard procedure requires that the faulty item be returned for a full refund. We will, of course, cover the return postage cost. After the return is processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you require, utilizing the 30% discount.
