Since my stroke, my right leg has had issues while walking, but not with these shoes. They are the only ones I wear now. I have 4 pairs and they give me the confidence to get out and move again.

I used to buy expensive shoes at Nordstrom, but now I plan to wearKaegreelbarefoot shoes exclusively! I feel so steady and solid on my feet. I now own 14 pairs and am shopping for my whole family. I do hope they offer more tracking options besides the Shop app, but the shoes are worth it!

Ordered two pair of shoes and neither one fit. I also ordered a cell phone purse and ironically it was to small for my phone. The real issue is the do not offer a way to return the products, and offer a $7.00 offer to keep the shoes. Ridiculous! Do not do business with this company!!

I would give a minus score if possible. They sent me a defective pair of shoes. When I contacted them & sent pictures of the defect, they sent back a canned response. I sent at least 10 emails requesting a REAL person contact me. So far no one has responded. This is the WORST company. Do not buy from them.

after waiting for almost a month Ireceived a pair of shoes that I could barely get my foot in because their size 43 is more like a 42 an it hurt my feet. they expct you to pay for return shipping and custom after you already paid $19.99 in shipping to get a $42. pair of shoes. I ordered the wrong size and tried to return them for the right size. But typical of Chinese companies they tried to keep me from returning them and offered me a $7 refund on $42 shoes and a 30% discount on a new pair. That doesn't help me. The return address is in China. The shoes were shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.

Purchased shoes listed at $145, discounted to $50. Described as Handmade Velcro Suede, there is no Velcro. The upper feels like thin suede. Description has the line, 🇺🇸 - verified company, but product was shipped from China. Shoes feel like they should cost $20 to $30.

There is nothing constructive I can write about Kaegreel. I purchased a pair of shoes that were supposed to be size 11. When they arrived weeks later, they were several sizes too small. When I wrote the company inquiring about how to return them for a refund, the company sent back two options: 1) Return them for a refund, but the price of returning them was my responsibility and the cost of shipping them internationally was perhaps higher than what I paid for them; and 2) They would give me $4.00 and take 20% off my next order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I wrote back that I choose option 3: throw the shoes in the trash and write what happened on any outlet I can identify. Do not buy anything from this company!

I requested a refund for product that didn't work for me. Customer Service emailed that refund can be expensive since I pay return postage and that might be international. Nothing upon ordering gave any indication this was from overseas. Still wanted refund after they emailed other options. Been quite a few days since request with no reply and a product I can't use.

I can not even get my foot in the opening of the shoe! The size is correct. I finally got some one to help pull up the shoe so I could get my foot into the small opening. I had to contort my foot at an awkward angle to force it on. There is no way I can wear them with any type of socks, as too snug... it is a shame, I can't wear them, as I like the look.I guess I should not waste my time trying to return them for either my money back or a size larger to accommodate socks. I shoukd have googled them and seen the negative reviews.

Shoes were not as described. Sizes were not US. Return policy is nonexistent in reality. Must return to China at significant expense. I have to agree with most respondents that Kaegreel is a scam. Buyer Beware

Not only did they send wrong size and color . Kaegreel is a scam as told by better business bureau. They want me to pay international shipping fees to return item. This will be disputed . Company is terrible. Don't buy shoes boots ir anything from them

We ordered some boots and slippers the first week in February. The company charged the credit card immediately. There has been no word about the delivery of the items and it is now 2/23. I would be wary.

We never received our order. Tracking shows out for delivery since December 7th. It is now February! We have requested a full refund multiple times and are giving the run around . Do not buy from this company

Steer clear of this company. The products don’t match the descriptions, they come in the wrong size and the customer service is deplorable. They would not process a return or exchange on my second pair of shoes and the most recent response from the company was, “F… You!” So disrespectful and unprofessional. I only got my money back through my credit card company.

Same story as everyone else writing reviews. Wrong sizes arrived. No response from kaegreel after many attempts to reach them. I wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money.

if i could give swindlers review i would they will not honor any returns and hide behind terrible policies
