Ka'Chava Arvostelua 

First four orders were great and arrived within 3 days. My latest has been a nightmare. Ordered on 10/10/24–3 bags at 188.00–nothing has shipped. I filled out contact form, did an online chat and have called twice—nothing but a run around and no action to send my product, but they charged me right away. I’ve escalated a claim with PayPal to get my money refunded. Stay clear of this company!!

I really like the product but shipping delays and customer service regarding delays go unanswered even after 2 requests for help or answers for delay. Seriously questioning my subscription. It's a total bummer because like I said I do like the product. Customer service sucks.

Cancelled my order with no explanation. Customer service ignored my messages.

I cancelled my subscription after trying one product and they shipped me product anyway. They will not refund me and will only give me store credit.

They have changed the formulation. The chocolate now isn't as chocolatey and tastes heavily of coconut. We've spent thousands of dollars with kachava and now they're ruined the product we had come to love. DO NOT BUY THE NEW KACHAVA.

Ahhhhh man! Another excellent product in the toilet…me and several family members and friends will no longer be purchasing..you sold out and then the recipe changed and now it tastes horrible.
Sad.

I used kachava for over a year, they recently changed their recipe and it now tastes like cardboard. I’ve tried every flavor. I’m a army Vet and kachava decided I can’t use any points to redeem for $25 off because they can’t stack discounts, they also can’t tell that $25 off is more than 10% of 100.

Unfortunately, while the product appears to be good, the customer service and fulfilment are horrible. Not only do they not fill orders in a timely fashion (within a week) they take your money ($130 in this instance) immediately; block you on social media; fail to respond to questions about your missing order; use a call center staffed with people who don't have a clue and who cannot help you.

Target now carries Ka'Chava. If must-have, suggest buying it there. But honestly, there are more responsive companies to do business with.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. Somehow I had two accounts opened so when I cancelled one they sent two bags from another account. I called and said how did this happen, they don't know and don't care. I said it's fine I'll return it and their response was "You are only allowed to return one bag at a time" even though they made the mistake. Companies that carry themselves this way will fail!

Terrible customer service. Misleading info on website. They tout that unopened bags last 18-months but send you bags that expire in 3-5 months. I've been a subscriber for years, and they won't do anything to replace two unopened, expired bags ordered 3 months ago. I had to jump through hoops just to get a manager to respond, and she basically said they wouldn't do anything since the order was over 30 days old. What a joke.

Terrible customer service, if you try to use your reward points they penalize you by charging shipping, if you don't use the points, it's free shipping but $25 more.

These people are thieves and have unethical business practices. Don’t give them any money. They have a NO REFUND policy. I sent an unopened box back and I do not want their product but they are giving me a store credit. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT! WHAT WILL A STORE CREDIT DO? This is unacceptable! So now they have my money and their product that I don’t want and I really want to use a bunch of profanity right now. That’s how awful this thieving company is. You know what? Maybe I should just start taking people’s money in my business and act unethical. Maybe that will get and keep me customers. I have INTEGRITY! That is more important. That is why I have customers, but these big companies can just do whatever they want right? Take people’s money and act like a holes! You will NEVER get another penny from me EVER!

This product is absolutely horrible. The company is the same to deal with. The product taste is chalky and has a bitter after taste. The company does not offer any cash refund but offers to exchange for another crappy flavor. Also, you sign up for a "subscription" when you buy that was not clear at check out. They got me for 2 orders and no option for refunds. Horrible!

Bad return policy. If you don't like flavor, and I used one sample pack so order was not even opened, you can only return for store credit. This is not clearly stated at time of purchase. BAD BUSINESS. Go with Reliv as it tastes much better. Classic plus inner give plus firestorm plus artheffect. And you can FEEL the difference. I tried this to see if there was a difference. I only got angry.

This company is so shady. I put a review on their site with a bad rating and they deleted it. I received their product, did not open it and asked for a refund since it did not give my brother who has Brain Cancer enough protein. They said no and would not let me speak to a supervisor. Worst company, I will tell everyone I can to never order from this company.

I’ve seen the ads for years but wasn’t sure I wanted to commit to the subscription or the price. But groceries are pricy too so why not try? I’ve tried chocolate, vanilla, and coconut açaí. Happy with all of them. I often add frozen fruit and water before blending. My partner and I have both been enjoying these for about two months. No problems with the subscription service or shipping.

A lot of the poor reviews seem to be about administrative things. I haven’t had any problem with the administrative process. More importantly, I’m happy with the product. It’s everything it claims to be.

I gotta say, I love this stuff. I was skeptical but it tastes delicious, better than the competition that I have purchased in the past (Huel and Soylent). Is it slightly more expensive? Sure, but I'll pay that for quality ingredients and having a product made in the USA.

I have used Ka’chava sporadically over the years and its seems to be a good meal replacement. Everyone has different tastes so not everyone will like the different flavors. I do prefer the chocolate one. However, I was recently double charged and asked for a refund and was denied. They offer store credit. This was not a situation where I didn’t like the flavor, I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED! Why would I want store credit?! I want my money back. And every which way, I’ve been told no. I understand every company has their own policies however there should be exceptions in cases similar to this. So just be aware, if an error is made, you are most definitely going to paying for it, LITERALLY!!! What a joke.

I've been using it for almost a year now, though not consistently, so when I do use it, my energy and especially my brain clarity are dramatically boosted. I'm not losing weight but I feel great when I take it! Minus 1 star for the price, even though it's great, it's just a little pricey at about $5 per serving. Still, good enough that I'll keep it!
