I cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer service! I recently had an issue with an order, and they went above and beyond to make everything right. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the outcome.

They personally checked my replacement order before sending it, made the return process easy, and were extremely generous in how they handled the entire situation. As a small business owner myself, I know that mistakes can happen — what really says a lot about a company is how they respond when they do. This company handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.

It’s rare to find this level of customer care anymore. They have absolutely earned my continued business, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of your customers!

If you tell me the company name, I can make it even more personal and mention them by name.

I purchased the edible markers thinking they were dog friendly when in actuality they were human grade with artificial colors and dyes that can be harmful to dogs.

I initially bought this product off of Amazon. It works super well and I bought several small bags. I decided to get a bigger bag and order directly from the company. It arrived quickly and I appreciated that I think the price is good and I really love the product. I am using the dog friendly icing and it works perfect.

Cute and fast delivery and product seems good !🐶

Fast shipping.
Love the icing.

I received my order fast and exactly what I was looking for!

I have been using Fidos Frosting in my bakery for years and have over it. The most recent purchase a few months ago of the frosting proved to be challenging. It did not mix well nor did it pipe well and cracked off my cookies. Ive tried other frostings but none measured up to K9 Cakery. I reached out to the company and they replaced a 10 pound bag. Needless to say I am very impressed. I have to try it out again but have good feelings about it.

Thank you for your ongoing continuous customer service.

“Great experience! Their service was super quick, and the icing was so easy to use. It made our cookies turn out absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!”

They were so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

The product was great and helped out when creating the treats for the dogs

Safe sprinkles, and icing for my Homemade Dog Treat Business! They definitely elevate presentation!

Love the sprinkles they go great on cupcakes as well as cake pops and cookies

Free shipping is a priority for me! Prompt service, received order very quickly. Love this product!

My icing was funky and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I use this brand a lot and I am thankful for their commitment to their product and customers.

We always ask for sealed icing since the zip ties cause extra air in the bags and puncture the other bags in shipping. Not happy with this shippment and we ordered 150lbs this time. 😞

Tracking information is incomplete, have not recieved the product ordered. Was contacted by a representative who said they would be in contact about order location. This was not done.
