Ky fully changed my thought process to food while doing it in an informative manner.
She was lovely to check in with, friendly and helpful and helped me balance being a new mum and having very little time to cook and exercise and my food and losing my baby weight. I’d 100% recommend her to friends and family.

What can I say Kyra has changed my life! I'd always been underweight despite eating well (or so I thought). Being skinny wasn't a choice in fact my weight made me unhappy and I was often self conscious and would avoid wearing certain types of clothes.

I got closer to 40 and decided I wanted to be happier in my body! But also to be healthy and strong! It was important to me to put the weight on in the right way.

Kyra is so knowledgeable but also extremely kind and caring. She kept me motivated and accountable but never judged or criticised. With her professional and compassionate guidance I've put on 5kgs, something I never thought was possible.

I've learnt so much about food and more importantly I'm happier in my body for the first time! And a huge bonus is the extra energy I have thanks to giving my body what it needs!

I will rave about and recommend Kyra forever!

Ky worked wonders with giving the advice she gave to make me understand my food choices better. I have always been a guy who thought I knew the basics to gym and nutrition but on each weekly check in I learnt more and felt the confidence grow and grow.
Nothing was ever a silly question and Ky has superb knowledge across the board.

Kyra coached me over a 6 week period as I had spiralled out of control with my eating, my sleep was ruined and I was feeling extremely low.
What I love about Kyra’s approach is that its so level headed. She takes the time to listen to you and find out really what is going on with you. I was having a big problem with nighttime snacking and poor sleep. Through weekly check ins and looking at habit changing, Kyra helped me and gave me the tools I needed to change the bad habits I’d got into. Progressively over the 6 weeks I took onboard her advice and sure enough little by little my sleep improved. Some mornings I would message with excitement “I slept 7hrs last night!” Something unheard of for me.
As my sleep improved, so did my mood and my ability to make wiser choices around food, Kyra was always there to advise me on this too, giving me my weekly goals around food (cals and protein) and exercise challenges to help with weight loss.
I am starting to see the scales and measurements come down now. It is all as a result of the support and advice Kyra gave me. I am so thankful for all she did for me.
We have agreed to monthly check ins as I feel I am able to continue on the right path but I know she is there if I need her at all. Thank you so much Kyra, you are an absolute brilliant nutritional coach.

KC Nutrition is a fantastic service. She is informative, empathetic, speaks in a plain easily understood manner and leads by example. As someone who has worked out for many years, I thought I knew my body and how to manage it but KC made it easy for me to leave my ego behind to allow us to work open and honestly together. I had times when I struggled with my discipline but having someone who would listen to me and treat me as an adult during those times really helped. Can't recommend her service enough.
