Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση.
Κάναμε μια παραγγελία αξίας 300€ διαδικτυακά με δωρεάν παράδοση στον χώρο μας όπως έγραφε.η παραγγελία πληρώθηκε αμέσως.Οταν παρέλαβε η μεταφορική μας τηλεφώνησαν και μας ενημέρωσαν πως εάν θέλουμε να παραλάβουμε το δέμα μας θα πρέπει να τους δώσουμε επιπλέον 200€ μεταφορικά αλλιώς δε μπορούν να την φέρουν.Οταν ενημερώθηκε η εταιρία δεν έκανε τίποτα γιαυτο και μας είπαν πως είτε θα πρέπει να δώσουμε στην μεταφορική που συνεργάζονται το ποσό που μας ζήτησαν.ειτε να παραλάβουμε οι ίδιοι από τις αποθήκες της εταιρίας,ή τέλος να ακυρώσουμε την παραγγελία μας,καθώς το ποσό αυτό το ζητάει η μεταφορική για να μας το φέρει και όχι η εταιρεία.

No issues with the quality of the product. The problem is how jysk sets customers expectations in terms of delivery timeframes. Furthermore, the customer service team offers such poor support: only automated replies with templates barely providing relevant information on the case. Communication goes only in Greek.

Καμία εξυπηρέτηση, καθυστέρηση στις παραγγελίες. Απαράδεκτο για εταιρεία αυτού του μεγέθους.

Order placed August 8th. Today it's Septemeber 16th and their answer is they gave it to the shipping company for delivery. Shipping company insists that the shipment is in jysk ligistics canter in Bulgaria. Why on earth is this my problem to solve and waste time on? Sort your business out Jysk. We are the CUSTOMERS

update September: They have closed the customer service chat and do not even accept calls today. The message is to call back later. What a joke

Very good company that pays attention to the quality and material of its furniture.
It has very good prices and for a student or renter the furniture is ideal and is unique and modern.

3 weeks waiting on my order.
No receipt sent, nothing.
Phone lines are so busy they reject your call.
Very disrespectful , very disappointing.

Jysk Gr Ich würde gerne Null geben, und dies aus den folgenden Gründen: 2 Schränke bestellt, die laut Webseite auf Lager sind, Schränke bezahlt, und es kommt eine Mail, dass sie aus dem Ausland gebracht werden, mit einer LIeferzeit von 14 bis 20 Tagen, Nach 40 !! Tagen Anruf beim Custumerservice, der diesen Namen nicht verdient, keinerlei Hilfe, nur kommentare, dass ich nicht verstehen wolle, warum ich noch länger warten müsse. Angeblich habe man auf der Website auf Verspätungen aufmekrsam gemacht, eine persönliche Mail haben wir nie erhalten. Inakzeptabel und für mich am Rande strafrechtlicher Haftung. Die Schuld wird auf die Spedition geschoben. Ich rufe selber die Spedition an, da Jysk sich nicht dazu bereit erklärt, dies zu tun. Momentan warte ich auf den Rückruf der Spedition. Das ist nicht meine Aufgabe! Für mich nur Abzocke, Service unter Null.

I did two separate orders with Jysk recently. I received in both cases an email saying the delivery company was trying to contact me. I send another telephone number to the first email, they called and all was fine. Seemed like a smooth process so I copy pasted the same answer in response to the second email. They sent me other two times a mail saying they tried to call me while no one ever did.
So I called customer service, they said they will call me: they didn't.
Ten days after, at 9am still nothing was happening, so I called again, they said they were about to send back the shipment to the warehouse, but they will try to stop it and call me back.
No one called me, so at 5pm I called again, they said the thing was being managed by a colleague that will call me back: no one called me.
The morning after I go an email the shipment got sent back to the warehouse, so I got very pissed and I called again. They said they don't know what they can do and they will call me back. I have been very insisted saying I need a proper response. Still the only response was "we will call you back".
Do you think anyone called me again?

Ordered a bed and other items on May 18 2025. The web site said 6-8 days for delivery. On May 28 I received email that the order is being shipped. Since then, no communication. It is now 20 days. They have no tracking number not estimate.

Dont event think to buy anything from internet from them, when i have ordered several items from their greek site, then i got a mail that the good would be comming from a warehouse in BULGARIA then they "would stored to Orphee Beinoglou" close to Athens and then they would be shipped to Paros Island ... the order was done the 11/04 today 24/04 after spending hours on the phone Beinolglou told me that they havent received yet any container from Bulagaria so its impossible to locate my order, the i called again Jysk Greece ( its the 5th time since this week) and when i asked then why there is such delay and WHY THEY DONT SHOW CLEARLY IN TEHIR SITE THAT GOODS ARE COMMING FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY they told me whatever that i had to wait etc etc when again i told them that between the 11/4 and the 24/4 the container HAS NOT EVEN ARRIVED IN GREECE they told me again to be patient and and .. when i insisted that they have the legal obligation to deliver the good in between 6 and 11 working days and what i should do if they dont deliver they told gain that i have to wait ... today after 8 working days they container is not even in Greece what a junk company

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Over half of my order was not prepared when I arrived at the store, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes while they scrambled to gather the items. I decided to return two hours later, only to be informed that some items were out of stock. I asked if they could order the missing pieces for me at the same price (as I had ordered during the Black Friday sale), and they assured me this was possible.

However, they then required me to pay for the entire order, including the items they didn’t have, only to process a refund for those same items. Once this was done, they told me goodbye. I reminded them to order the missing pieces, but they suddenly claimed they couldn’t do so and that I would have to reorder myself. To make matters worse, I can no longer purchase the items at the Black Friday price. I originally ordered towels for €10 each, and now I’m being asked to pay €36 for a set of two because of their mistake.

This is completely unacceptable. I specifically shopped during Black Friday to take advantage of the discounts, but due to the store’s lack of preparation and support, I am unable to do so. I also drove an hour to the store.

To add insult to injury, when the store staff refused to help, we called your support line, and they also refused to assist. In the end, I had to return a significant portion of my order because partial items were of no use to me.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I have ordered a bed for 2 months now. It arrived damaged and then took another 1 and a half month for the item to be replaced. No communication or help to get this mess sorted in time. Unaccepatable support and after confronting them for the delays the response was, it's not our fault we gave the order to the transport company it's out of our hands.....

Erg fijn geholpen bij het vinden van de juiste matras, in de winkel in Rethymnon. Daar waren ze niet op voorraad. In de winkel in Chania waren ze wel leverbaar. Ook daar erg goed geholpen. Super.

This is the most wonderful shop with brilliant staff, particularly Maria at the Irapetra, Crete branch. They could not have been any more helpful and made the whole experience a joy.
I will definitely be visiting a UK branch

Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που είχα ποτέ στη ζωή μου.

I find it completely inefficient that Jysk.gr chooses to ship from abroad items that are in stock locally in their stores in Athens/Greece. The order has been placed with a delivery request in Athens and upon contacting one of the stores, I was informed that the item I am looking for, is available _in store (!!). So their logistics is horribly organized because they choose to ship the item from abroad (taking more than 10 days) instead of achieving a 2-3 days delivery.
@Jysk.GR team, I believe you should review your processes.
I will most probably be cancelling the online order during the weekend and just drive to one of the stores and pick up my items.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, προσοχή στις online αγορές, προϊόντα μη διαθέσιμα εμφανίζονται ως διαθέσιμα και δεν φτάνουν ποτέ στον προορισμό τους ενώ έχουν ήδη πληρωθεί.

The service is awful at the store and after-sales.I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. After 15 days I still did not receive the products.
UNACCEPTABLE
