JWSThemes has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had purchasing a WordPress theme. I bought a theme from them on ThemeForest, only to find it completely unusable. Three professional web designers confirmed the theme was corrupt and riddled with issues. This wasn’t a minor bug—it was fundamentally flawed.

I contacted JWSThemes’ support, but their response was appalling. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering solutions, they blamed me and my team, claiming we didn’t know how to use the theme. After days of trying to fix their broken product, I had to abandon it entirely.

I told them their faulty theme caused me to miss an important deadline, but their reply was insulting: “The issue of meeting a deadline is an objective issue, not related to the theme, bug, or how to use a feature.” This clearly ignored the fact that their unusable theme caused the delays. Their response showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

I ended up purchasing another theme from a different seller, which worked perfectly and confirmed that the issue was never with my team but with JWSThemes’ product. Their refusal to help, combined with their dismissive attitude, makes it clear they don’t care about their customers.

Avoid JWSThemes at all costs. Their faulty products and poor customer service are not worth the frustration. There are many reputable developers who offer better themes and real support—JWSThemes is not one of them. Save your time, money, and sanity by shopping elsewhere.

Amazing support! More than support, they are willing to help. Top notch theme functionalities, professional JWSThemes team. Highly recommend, they exceeded all my expectations!

Now I can evaluate this theme after 1 month and a half of use, I just have to thank the creators, this theme is simply incredible, the ease of configuring it was what surprised me the most, including the checkout to convert payments is approved, I had an increase in more than 200 subscribers on my platform, within 20 days, this promoted my website organically. once again, thank you.

Their support is A1, I probably open a ticket once every two weeks to help with css, additional features etc as I'm not comfortable enough with coding and they've been great every time. Sometimes I open a ticket and pray they don't tell me to get a freelancer, that's how much support they've given me lol
