No, these arent fake, we have receipts, credit card statements for each product that stopped working and cost us alot of money as were being told software only is supposed to work for 60 days? Commercial licenses bought so this means jvzoo also hurts the consumers we sell the fake product too, now she says we are posting fake reviews, yeah right. We can show alot more proof, its amazing how people of no character take your money, give bad excuses then abuse you with talk of fake reviww when theyknow you can prove everything??? 2025 and now we see the new culture for some is lieJvzoo and Laura now wants to make our truthful eaily proven -with tons of recipts claim to be false, because ahe doesnt want to give back her commission but we kindly asked for help, she rudely refused then told us to reah out to customer service for months and ahe knows that customer service email is off because its a fake company, we ahowed laura and jvzoo the receipts from multiple companies, the non response from the fake company, now we complain because we are out of over $1000 including our happy commercial license purchases, we spent over $1000 on NON-WORKING SOFTWARE, ITS INDUSTRY STANDARD, were told.

we must tell the public about the lack of ethics morals amd honor that exist at jvzoo and with many of this companies bad character software so called partners???? And Laura will stand behind all obvious scams and fraud for her commission and she will send you emails as if your lying no matter how many emails of hard copy proof is sent.
Would you want to pay for software for your business ans others, then spend commercial license money and product money with people that knowingly have no intention to have a real just honorable service or product? I was forced into being ripped off as Laura and her tech teams sit behind the computer stealing? They told us we should have requested a refund 30 days later for a product but they also know its no reason for a refund in 30 days because they keep thr product functioning just long enough to beat credit card, which i had no intent to cancel, but after 90 days 150 days after you buy and then market, while maybe even advertising your commercial licenses, they shut off the email, website and all products....if this is a lie make Laura and jvzoo prove it, I have set email to the product customer service and jvzoo and Laura and they tell me oh well they are out of business its industry norm, they don't have to keep the product working pass60 days, or 180 days? She told me to email the company but she definitely knows their email and websites don't work, but she is playing games and stealing and I have definite concrete proof on this happening multiple times now i see is purposely.
This company, and their manager Laura Casselman are terrible at honor,respect, truth, there is no way I would write a review wasting my time to lie but the public deserves to know the truth because some people don't have money to burn up and throw away.
I don't lie, I don't do things out of spite, but this person Laura the manager in Charge, the company jvzoo is dismissive and rude and everyone knows about the non functioning products that are saturating the jvzoo site and they could care less.
They tell me to ask for a refund in 30 days? Why would I need a refund in 30 days, I wanted the products I paid for, but basically Laura jvzoo and the other scammmera selling fake non working software have a deal, I have tons of proof and non-working products that I can just easily show, jvzoo and Laura told me to jump off a cliff and @#$$ my money fyi....but basically they told me why didn't you request a refund in 30 days- there lies the trick setup for your money to be taken.....why would I refund a working product in 30 days, Iam an honest person....oh yeah, they keep the product working for 30 many 90 days, once you pay and the credit card company sees the days, no refund is Allowed then they turn off the software, causing you to losse work, material, money, products that you thought were legitimate, $300 + on multiple products oh yeah get thr commercial licenses now tell the public about the software because in 60 days nothing will.work, I will prove it to help you save your money, I asked them to help me and they told me #@!@# you , look at just some brief information from their rude owner manager and customer service as they help scammers take your money and they get commission.....

I purchased a SaaS AI-based application through JVZoo, which was advertised as an all-in-one solution for managing social media and advertising from a single dashboard. Unfortunately, the software has been largely nonfunctional—core features simply don’t work as promised, and the interface feels unfinished at best.

What’s even more frustrating is the “money-back guarantee” claim. It’s been over three days since I requested a refund, and I’m still stuck in a confusing loop. JVZoo insists I contact the “seller,” but there's no clarity on who that even is. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of support and transparency.

Overall, this experience has been more of a gimmick than a service—and it’s made me extremely cautious about trusting JVZoo’s marketplace in the future.

I recently purchased the trial version of "AiGency Valet+ Unlimited" … I am yet to receive login details for the service and it's been well over 8 hours since I contacted both JVzoo and the vendor customer support but no response ... I DEMAND A REFUND

I was going to buy a Concealed Gun Permit paid for it then they wanted $49 more for gun course that was never mentioned !! They got my money right away !!
I put in for a REFUND because they refund if not satisfied !! Now I asked for one and never heard back
Since my ordeal JVZoo stepped up to the plate and helped me with my issue !
"Problem Solved" !!! Thank You !!
