Ignorant company, faulty stock !!
I ordered a vape kit as well as a prefilled vape pod on the 13th August. On the 22nd August I receive an email saying the flavour I ordered was out of stock. I initially thought "well why have it listed as available if it actually isn't" but whatever, these things happen. So instead of taking the offer of a replacement, I asked for a refund as this was the only flavour that I wanted. I waited a few days but heard nothing back to confirm this, nor did I receive a refund. So I sent another email basically asking what was happening. Still no reply. I waited a few more days and emailed again. Still no reply. So I decided to go to the website where I placed my order, looking for a live chat. But this instantly took me to a business WhatsApp, so I explained that I'd tried to email but I'm having no luck etc, and it appears I wasn't having any luck with the WhatsApp either because after a further two messages, surprise surprise I STILL heard nothing back. But then finally, on the 18th September, my package arrived. I was annoyed by how long it had taken, and with the company for being so ignorant, but thought "stop being mardy, you have it now" BUT THEN, after opening it, I realised it started to leak !! And not just a little bit either. More or less half the liquid leaked out within 30mins of setting it up, and it was stood upright at that. I'm just glad it wasn't in my bag or my pocket. Anyway, I decided the take that pod out, and replace it with the prefilled pod that I had also ordered, and jesus christ that leaked too ... what an absolute joke and a complete waste of money. Never again will I order from this site. Even if they are the only ones to "stock" my favourite flavour 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
