The company charged me for two bottles implying that I set up a subscription which I did not.
After several pointless emails back and fourth they finally acknowledged my 1st email and adhered to cancel any future payments but still never acknowledged my 3rd question of a refund for the second bottle I did not ask for.
They advised me that the product was a "food product" and because of health and hygiene they could not refund me.
This is just another company that turns better profit in conning their consumers then simply making it's profit in a "good" product.

No exaggeration to say that without Justine’s help, support and expertise I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed. I’ve had MLD for many years to help with my ME/CFS. Justine also introduced me to red light therapy which has been just as life changing. Knowledgeable, kind, flexible, understanding, inquisitive - I could not have asked for any more and I am incredibly lucky to have found Justine.

Justine is one of the most compassionate, caring and hardworking people I have met. After much research and suffering from Lymphadema in my lower legs, my sister found Justine. I can't tell you enough about how much her MLD and techniques have helped me. From barely walking and standing up, I am now able to drive, walk and get on with day to day life! My sister recommended Justine - Just Lymphatics after abdominal surgery. She had done lot's of research so i trusted to go with her advice.
Justine is excellent, she is professional, listens to your concerns, gives relevant advice, can tailor your treatment to how your body is responding surgery trauma.
I would also recommend Justine post phase 1 recovery, with the additional treatments on offer as you transition to post recovery.
