Excellent service. Easy to get skip ordered and delivery and collection went great. Driver who left skip was great and left were asked with no issues. Will be ordering another one when needed .

Awful company pre paid a 10 yard skip for Thursday, got a call Wednesday saying they couldn’t do Thursday but could get a 12 yard to me on Friday with no price increase. I then got another call Thursday saying they didn’t have any skips for Friday and best they could do is give me an 8 yard skip for Monday, even worse they weren’t offering to give money back due to a smaller skip than what I had ordered with a 4 day delay.

The skip arrived when we were told that it would and placed where we asked it to be put. Due to illness we asked if we could keep it longer which we were allowed to do.

Quite expensive so I expected a better service. Time slots for delivery and collection 7am to 5pm. No indication of morning or afternoon. No understanding of how difficult it is to keep a space on a busy road free for the skip lorry for two whole days. Our collection date was yesterday. We have stayed home for two days running. No communication as to delay. Just an email asking us to review them. Email regarding delivery and collection always start with' this is a courtesy email.' No courtesy whatsoever. Please just collect our skip.

Very disappointed. Arranged skip to be delivered today for long weekend. House clearance. Phone call yesterday to say couldn’t get 16 yard skip for £660. Could get 12 yard one for £20 less and would refund. Needed skip. Waited all day. No skip. Oh they are behind. Not until Tuesday after long weekend. Useful not as back to work. Brother travelling 280 miles to help me tomorrow. Pub it is then. Asked for a full refund. Nothing yet. I hope this is not a small claims court case. No skip, no refund. Would not recommend this ever.

I had to write this review straight away because I booked an 8-yard skip online, which was straightforward. However, due to the different types of waste, I could not afford the extra costs. I tried calling, but was unsuccessful. I then went online and had a live chat, and after a few questions, my skip was cancelled, and a refund would be sent in the next three to five days.
So happy and great online customer service.

I booked online. The skip arrived on time. Driver took out my fence post, I shouted and waved at him. He got out the lorry but never said a word about it, not even an apology. I signed for skip and when he handed me the receipt, only then did I realise that justhire added £102 to the skip price. Emailed to query but no response. Clear pricing? I don't think so!
