Bespoke large Fiscus - Excellent

I wanted a bespoke 3m high, 1.8m wide Fiscus tree with tapered foilage and multiple trunks and that is exactly what I got! The look & quality of the final product is superb and totally lifelike prompting admiring comments from everyone.

Sure, I would have preferred a company telephone number for customer dialogue rather than purely e-mails and there were a few hiccups with the delivery courier but the end result easily outweighs these niggles.

Fortunately, we have finally got new landlines delivered and had the previous issues fixed so we should have an operational phoneline in the New Year.

Very satisfied customer

I have ordered three times from Just Artificial Group and have always been very satisfied.
Easy ordering, good communication, packaged well, nice product and arrive usually within 2 days

Extremely Unprofessional Company

I placed an order with Just Artificial on the 20th of September and didn't hear anything for a week. When I contacted them I was told that the item wasn't available and was offered alternatives. I chose an arrangement which cost £27 less, which I received more than two weeks after the original order was placed.

I contacted the company a couple of times over the following two weeks to enquire about the partial refund and then put a letter in the post threatening legal action. The director of the company then contacted me and delayed payment for another two weeks. I received the partial refund on the 3rd of November, six weeks after the original order and four weeks after it was amended.

Reading other reviews shows a pattern of behaviour of accepting orders with no intention of filling them and withholding or delaying refunds. The alternative is gross ineptitude at running a retail business.

This review was edited after receiving the partial refund at the request of the company's director.

We're sorry that your experience with us wasn't as good as we'd expect it to be.

First of all, we are sorry for the delay in advising you that the item you had ordered wasn't available, at the time we were looking for suitable alternatives and wanted to offer these when letting you know of the unavailable item.

The original 2 emails asking for an update on the refund had been filtered out and as a result, we hadn't seen these.
The next follow up, regarding the letter that had been sent in the post was replied to within 2 hours, but we received an email immediately stating that your inbox was 'full' and therefore that it hadn't been received.
We followed up the next morning to share this information but got the same message.

Giving this a few days to settle and in case this was an error, we followed this up but got the same response.
We then left a voicemail to explain this (followed up by another email), to which we got a reply later that day. Within a couple of working days from this, the refund was processed (we had staff out of office who process refunds, hence the slight delay).

We were advised that once the refund had cleared, the customer would update their review to show the version of events as the review was left during the time where they weren't receiving any of our emails.
This refund was complete and cleared 2 weeks ago now so we feel we had given the customer enough to amend their review but sadly this hasn't been the case, even after a polite reminder.

Don’t order from this company

Really should have read trust pilot before ordering with this company, they offered me a refund or supply by a sister company just artificial plants and trees as they could not fill my order due to stock take. I asked for a refund, more than 2 weeks later nothing despite a reminder from me. I guess just artificial will soon be no more and all its obligations will go with it so they can start again with the plants and trees name. Please don’t order from either company you will be ripped off

Hi Susan, apologies for taking so long to get back to you and for your poor experience.

Unfortunately we were unable to fulfil any orders for a good few weeks last year, so we were passing orders on to our sister company, as you've said. We managed to complete a lot of the orders placed via this method and had a lot of happy customers, some of which choosing to order from our sister company again.

That being said, we appreciate that it was a rather different approach and method for fulfilling an order, so we can understand your caution.

Since then, we have been taking and fulfilling orders from both companies, so Just Artificial is still up and running.

We would like to apologise for the time it took to complete your refund, as you can imagine this was a very busy time for our small team so a few things were taking a bit longer than we would expect to be sorted out.

We wish that if you choose to give us another chance in the future, we can put things right and would be happy to honour a 10% discount on stock products for your troubles.

I ordered a variety of artificial…

I ordered a variety of artificial plants and flowers from this company 15 days ago. The items were showing "In Stock" on their website. I paid for them and got a confirmation e mail. Then not long after that, i received an e mail telling me the items were actually out of stock!! They would be receiving stock by the 28 th may. Low and behold, i never heard anything again. I wrote 3 e mails to them, and they just ignored me. I opened a case against them for Goods not received, and today the case was found in my favour. I will be getting a full refund. This company is a sham. You try ringing them, but a voicemail message comes on saying "The mailbox is full"..Probably all the complaints from different customers. Avoid at all costs, they keep your money, but don't send the goods. Shambolic company. ..REPLY to Just Artificial... You apsolutely DID NOT reply to any of my e mails when i let you know that i would never have ordered from you if i'd have known before i ordered that they were OUT OF STOCK. It's a craft and sneaky way to do business. I only got a refund because i opened a case against you with Paypal. You didn't do me any favours at all. By the way, i placed an order with another company on the Friday, and they arrived Monday.!! 3 days from ordering. What a superb company, unlike yours. Sneaky and underhand.

Please note that the website at the time of ordering will have stated the lead time before products would be available for dispatch. Items that are ready for immediate dispatch display the stock count on the product page. We're sorry that this wasn't obvious and was misinterpreted.

I can see that we have replied to your emails a couple of times to try and find a resolution. Unfortunately, because you initiated a paypal case, we couldn't dispatch your order as there was always the chance that you'd receive both the refund and order, putting us at a loss.

As for the phone lines, we apologise for them being temporarily unavailable as we have had a persistent issue that we are waiting to be fixed.
Our website has a live chat during business hours Mon-Thurs where you can (unless our team are all busy with another customer) an instant reply and conversation, just like you would on a phone call.

Hopefully this clears things up from our end and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email or online chat.
As you said in your review, this refund has been issued and so the order has been updated and closed.

We're very sorry that things didn't work out on this occasion.

Did not refund - had to call credit card co to get money back

Ordered plant which appeared to be in stock. Then was told it wasn't but would be soon. It didn't arrive. I asked for a refund many times, nothing happened. This carried on from February to May when I finally called my credit card company & got my cash back. Would never order from this company again.

A very unhappy customer with Just Artificial - I placed a £300 order of 4 hanging baskets, after days of searching I choose a particular colour and said they maybe a small delay in delivery but around a week. After 2 weeks of waiting I messaged customer services and told me they’re is a 2 weeks delay and please wait. After a few days I had a message from Just Artifical to say the colour I have chosen is not available and would I like another colour but because these were the only colour they had on offer that I liked I would go with a refund. 4 WEEKS LATER I have chased and emailed customer services and they keep saying they will refund me and it will be a few days long and here a MONTH later waiting for my refund. This is a disgrace and I have not reported this to Trading Standards and posted this across all online as this is not on and only take a few buttons to be pressed for a refund to be issued. I will never be using this company again and beware to other customers that may want to order just be careful.

** Now refunded finally.

Slow!!

Delivery was really really slow. I paid over £3 delivery charge for a lightweight tiny item and it still hasn’t arrived 9 days later! They kept saying it was the couriers fault but they hadn’t actually sent it. Now tracking says it will arrive in 4 days - I’ll believe it when I see it. I don’t believe it takes nearly 2 weeks to deliver one item as small as this.

After this review was printed, I received a very, very long rambling email from this company sent at half past midnight on Sunday night (who does that?). - it was very aggressive and told me to apologise for my review and amend it - they said it was “deframitory” (quote). Obviously this company don’t take too kindly to criticism!

I can see that we have responded to your emails earlier that same day and provided the latest tracking update, which shows delivery THAT SAME DAY between 12:30 and 14:30. Unfortunately, your most recent emails were sent out of business hours so we didn't get a chance to respond before you left this review, 10 minutes after emailing us.

We had been honest with you from the start regarding the courier delays and that in fact the COLLECTION WAS made on Thursday as we had told you via email. Therefore, with delivery today, this is actually arriving 2 working days after dispatch, faster than the usual standard delivery.

The issues we had were with the parcels and the Evri system, as they could not be scanned or collected. We found a solution as quickly as possible and got your order on the way to you.

We hope that once you receive the ivy, you'll be very happy with the quality.

Once again, we're very sorry for the late dispatch of your order. We wish it was in our hands so that it was resolved sooner.

Ok customer service needs work! I am going to give this company…

Ok I am going to give this company 3*rating. Customer service to begin with shocking nobody picked up phone. Said order was being made up in red fusia hanging baskets, then they said sorry no stock of red check the pink out. I Said ok! by this time the order was over 2 weeks late didn't want to argue but then nothing! ! after several emails back & fourth they did finally send the order & I must admit my pink flowers were amazing literally so real looking & I am delighted with my purchase. Would I buy from them again yes to be honest I probably would as the flower's are fantastic,but I would be scared of not knowing what was going on & if my order would arrive when they said it would but as long as you dont mind a wait!
Go for it!

Thank you for your fair review, we are very pleased you love your hanging basket but very sorry at the time we had staff off and had the phones going to VM. We did have a miscount on the stock colour but as the custoemr said they are very happy with the alternative suggestion. I ordered a false plant at being of…

I ordered a false plant at being of December money was taken from my credit card on the 8th December was informed they would not be able to complete order and monies would be repaid in 7 working days needless to say still waiting wondering if I will ever getting my money back

Poor plastic version instead of silk/wood promised

Ordered a silk/wood 150cm artificial plant for £124.50, received a plastic 120cm version of what I ordered. No one picking up the phone, no reply to emails. Stuck with a monstrosity in my house that I intentionally did not want. I could have bought a plastic plant from Amazon for £50 if I wanted one!

Beautiful flowers & great service :)

Thank you so much for accommodating all me amendments so efficiently! Adele was very helpful :) Flowers arrived in time and surpass my expectation! They look very real and the colours match exactly with my theme; very pleased they were same with the colours on the website. I will definitely be using just artificial for any more upcoming events.
