Horrible Insurance
I went with this insurance awhile back and it was the worst mistake of my life. Even though I didn't drive as much they found every way to charge me no matter what. I use my car for work and back and they want me to pay 300 a week that is insane and then they threatened to have the charge on my credit if I didn't pay. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from Just Insure!!

If you drive very, very little like me, and you are sick and tired of paying hundreds of dollars a month to insure a car you rarely drive, just get Just Insure.
I had heard about pay-per-mile, and thought it would be perfect, but didn't think pay-per-mile insurance was real (and available in NV) until I found Just Insure!

I seriously appreciate Lupita for her knowledge and help when I called. She confirmed that they do contact the DMV to update their files. And she even did it for me while we were on the phone! I saved almost 70%! I drive around 150 miles a month. But you can use the slider in the app to simply increase your miles to 500, 1000+ a month, whatever you use, and the price goes up accordingly, but not by that much. Finally! A legit. No BS, pay-per-mile insurance company for infrequent drivers! Thank you Just Insure!

Good company, never had a problem

They are honest upfront and to the point. Best auto insurance I have ever had. You have got to try this company and if you don’t you are paying way to much for insurance.

It's great..easy to use

When i first enrolled my rate was 38 cents a mile. Now 90 days later my rate has gone up to 42 cents a mile. The reason was I didn't have a long credit history. My credit history was the same 90 days ago at 38 cents and I have paid bill on time. I also had to turn the GPS locator on my phone. It was charging my account when I wasn't driving.

The rates are extremely competitive.
I like that I can pay for the miles that I actually drive and not have to pay it when my car is sitting in the parking lot at home .

Estella Montoya was extremely helpful. I needed help with my insurance showing as "confirmed" in the NV DMV system. She resolved the situation and by the end of the call my insurance issue with the DMV was resolved. I appreciated her kind and efficient support. Thank you, Estella.

Moved in Yuma, Az in February and needed to insure a Honda Civic. This was the easiest I have ever insured a vehicle. The prices are based on how often you drive your car and how far. We get charged a daily rate and a per mile charge. Very happy with the service.

I’m honestly disappointed. I’ve had multiple policies with Just Insure and even left an amazing review for this company in the past. So I expected that long-time support and loyalty would count for something. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I was speaking with a supervisor named Estrella, and while I understand policies are in place for a reason, what I was asking for wasn’t unreasonable. The car in question isn’t being driven, it’s just parked in my driveway. I actually just got possession of it due to my separation, and I didn’t want it sitting there uninsured. I’ve never made any outrageous claims in the past, and my driving history has never shown high mileage. In fact, I even mentioned that I don’t come close to 50 miles a day. For all of my policies, I’ve been an ideal customer for this company.

All I was asking for was a small courtesy adjustment, something I know can be done at a supervisor’s discretion. I asked multiple times, “What can you do?” and instead of being met with humanity, I was met with robotic responses about terms and conditions. Not once did she acknowledge my question or offer to escalate it to someone with more flexibility.

To make matters worse, I explained that I’m a mom of three young kids under the age of 6, and the car’s only key was misplaced by one of them, it’s likely somewhere in the house. Still, no grace. No understanding.

It’s sad that I’m leaving this company not because of the product itself, but because the people representing it don’t seem to care about the people they’re serving. I know what good customer service looks like, I’ve worked in the field for over 15 years. This ain’t it.
