Not happy that prices almost doubled

I had to cancel my policy because my car was totalled in a accident I provided a policy report for the accident but they wouldn't expect that and charged me extra money. Absolutely terrible service.

Just the affordable rates, but still waiting for my 20$ after introducing two family members in to the insurance till now

Just ensure has been very easy to deal with, it is ideal for my type of situation why I do not drive the car very often.

I couldn't find anything in my policy what happens when my balance reaches the $30.00 is that when you cacell my policy and report me to the mvd for no insurance I tried to put $20.00 towards my account which is more than enough to carry me for 3 days until my payday but you wouldn't accept anything less then $30.00 which I didn't have even though my payday was so close so I figured you have my $30.0 and I couldn't find anywhere to what happens when I go below $30.00 so I left a message telling you if you won't accept anything less than $30.00 then close my account and return my $30.00 asap so I can drop you and go find a different insurance carrier you see I never had reached the $30.00 balance and all your policy said if we didn't refill at $30.00 you report us to mvd so I said the hell with you cacell my policy and return my money now but lupita contacted me and explained to me my policy was good all the way to$1.00and then I had v7 day's to reload so if it wasn't for Lupita explaining it to me I was ready to leave she saved you one customer so you better give her a raise or a promotion cause I was ready to tell the world what a lousy stinking company you were so she was very polite and professional and I appreciate that and you know I get paid tomorrow and I still have $23.00 on my balance and yeah I'm going to put some money on my balance tell lupita I said thank you once again you know I wrote this already but I couldn't leave your app and it got erased let's hope it stays cause I'm not going to write this again well for Lupita I will do thank you

Its great for people on a budget like me, it affordable and the app is great it lets you know , how many miles you go and time each day and how much you are charged. I like it , I would recommend Just Insure to family and freinds.

The customer service representatives are always kind and know what they are doing . I cannot think of any negative things to say for the first time in 20 years . If only everything could be as easy as JI

It's just easy to have you as my insurance company. No hassle and fair enough to me. I tell people about you. How can I get other than liability coverage? I have a 98 Toyota four runner 4x4 SR5 but it's in mint condition.

The staff (if that’s a good word) have been really helpful. The times I have called for info or how to do something… they have taken the time to resolve my issues…tank you!
