I originally signed up for a new iPhone promotion and was charged a different amount . After contacting them they refunded all my money and gave me a 30$ free credit for my inconvenience..

The company representatives listen to what went wrong and use their autonomy to respond swiftly to correct and resolve the issues. Zoe was good on executing rhe resolution.

Buyers Beware!!!

This joke of an online Seller has committed fraud again... I called to remove the fraudulent charge to my card back on the date of April 3rd and found out earlier today, Juniorseller attempted to charge me another $9 for something I did not approve of. Furthermore I have no correspondence from them for the previous fraudulent charge at this point in time.
I first called at 8:30 a.m. this morning and was promptly told that the system is down call back in 30 minutes so I attempted to call back 7 hours later at 3:30 p.m. and the same excuse was used. Why are they still answering the phones if their computers are still down for 7 hours, there should have been an automated response to all callers to eliminate further confusion. That's why I know they're full of B.S.
Juniorseller know its practices are fraudulent and are making excuses for themselves not to be held accountable for their actions.
