Anchorkit
Easy online order, arrived much faster than expected. Ordered anchorkit from here even though we don't have a jumpflex trampoline but it fits ours just fine & was easy to put on.

Excellent product and service
The web site included excellent information on the various models to choose from making a chose easy. Ordering was simple, delivery prompt, and assembly instructions easy to follow.
The trampoline seems to be very well made and does all we are asking of it.
Although bought for our grand children, we are in our 70s, my wife uses it for her morning exercise routines and loves it.

Our trampoline is a lifesaver
Overall experience was great. Easy to engage online and great support material and videos. Very helpful. Kids love the trampoline and it has been a lifesaver (although neighbours might disagree around 630am jumping).

Jumpflex is a great product. The website was easy to navigate that helped me to choose the size trampoline that is suitable for our backyard.
The delivery was quick and efficient.
The instructions were easy to follow to put together and the trampoline is great. The kids love it.

Our trampoline net broke and I called to have a replacement sent as we were in the 3 year warranty. I was absolutely pleased with the efficient service! An order was processed and I received the replacement within 2 working days.
I recommend jumpflex to all.
