The jeans were ok but one pair fitted ok but a bit tight the other pair was much shorter and was way to short but I can't be bothered sending them back I will have to wear boots so you can't see how short they are. Very annoying. Would not buy again sorry Took ages to arrive . Not happy with the service or the jeans .

I ordered a parcel from this company 2 weeks ago and still no updates nor parcel. I also clicked to track my parcel, there’s no such link. Definitely a scam page. Would not recommend using it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Once again, these people think that we are brain-dead. They have replied this time with paperwork and tracking information, which says I have received the product. Yes, I received a package, but the contents were laughable. The contents were a wristband made of cord. I sent them a screenshot of this, but no reply at the present moment.

I have already done a review of this so-called company, and a week or so after this, I received an email from them. Our Sincere Apology & Special Gesture
The Gesture was a Refund and another replacement
package; they also wanted me to rethink my Trustpilot comments. We hope you would consider updating your Trustpilot review to reflect your current experience. After all this time and I have not received a refund or a replacement package. They sent the mail on the 26-07-2025

AVOID
Please avoid buying anything from this scam company. They sent the wrong order, and when I requested my correct item, they asked for more money and refused to send the correct order. They do respond to support inquiries, but every time they do, they request payment from you and fail to resolve your issue."

I did not want to give them any star rating, but had to so I could do my review
Placed an order for sun glasses that fit over my prescription glasses.
Have repeatedly emailed to trace the order only to be told the same thing over and over. It's been shipped and should be with me in 3-5 days (absolute bullsh*t)
I have been so patient but not anymore.
I have even asked for refund, that gets ignored!
Cannot get a human to speak to to sort this out - just about had enough now - this review is totally honest

I have never received my order have contacted them 3 times now and asked for a,refund, waiting a reply.

I ordered two pair culottes. They were too small but also made of flimsy material. They said I could return them to China at my own expense. This would cost more than the order. I argued that they should not be sending stuff to the UK without having a return address in the UK.

I ordered,the system didn't update my shipping address ,so now it's going to my previous address...and I can't get any where with the 'customer support'....they are a joke!!!...I literally sent an email as soon as my confirmation came through ( 6/march/2025) showing wrong address and it was not replied too, I emailed again on the 9th and now they are arguing with me saying my email was replied too....NO IT WASN'T....Now I'm without money or package.

Absolutely terrible, don’t waste your money. These should be discontinued.

This is a scam!!!!! No one should fall for it. They have to be reported. I ordered a mop and it came damaged. They promised to replace it after I asked for a replacement. However, months later and I’ve not received it neither have they refunded

Ordered a 'powerful' cordless car vacuum cleaner. Supposed to vacuum and blow for inflation, I have more power in my lungs than this useless object can manage. It looks quite pretty or it would get no stars. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and I advise against this company or anything that it changes its name to. I now find out that two of the accessories do not even fit on the vacuum cleaner?? A totally useles piece of rubbish and a waste of over £20.

Absolute con artists! Awful products, no customer service, just want to take peoples money and not even send what was ordered. This company should be shut down!!

Disgusting would never ever buy again, totally ignore emails requesting returns information. Don't go near them
