I ordered a Kitchen Aid product on 1st January 2022. I was not expecting the order for a number of days as both the 1st and 2nd were bank holidays, however, as I had not received any communication by 6th January, I sent an email asking for an approximate dispatch date. I received a quick response to say that dispatch would be the following week (10th January) - so far so good!
So that week we waited patiently for a dispatch notice or tracking code but by Friday nothing had been received so I sent an email asking for a revised date as clearly they had not dispatched as promised and since then nothing - no response, no apology, no new date nothing.
We ordered the product as we have a dinner party on the 29th January and need it before then but with the lack of any communication for over 2 weeks we cancelled the order and claimed the money back through Paypal because of the lack of response.
I rarely give poor reviews but in this case I think it is necessary to try and prevent other people for being let down.

Hi. Now just to start by saying I don’t normally take the time to write negative reviews but my last experience with juicers.ie left such a bad taste I couldn’t let this one go. I’ll start from the very beginning. When I purchased the juicer, I bought it from an Irish company, or so I thought, thinking that supporting local businesses would be good for a local small business. My first mistake! Even though they had an address listed in Ireland they are in fact a UK based business (who knows, maybe not even there).
The juicer I purchased had a 15-year warranty. Great, I thought this has to be a good purchase. Fast forward to a few years later when the switch for forward and reverse spinning decided to pack it in. I contacted the company to make use of my warranty and was told to ship it to the UK. “Wait what?? You have an address in Ireland can I not take it or post it there, instead of paying a fortune to ship it to the UK” (now a non-EU country)
I was told countless times no. I paid the hefty €50 fee to ship it to the UK via courier.
When the item finally reached UK customs, I was now asked to pay import duties as the company (Juicers.ie) were not covering that. A further €48!! Even though it was going back for repairs. Then I was charged another €20 to ship the item back to me.
In all this time what got me irate was I would reply to an email or pay a fee they required and waited a number of days between replies, only getting one when I enquired again what is happening. This I have to say is shockingly bad customer service and overall experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and their tactics with customers.
Time frame: Shipped to them on 17 Nov, and received the juicers back 24th Dec

The juice yield is good, just depends on what you’re juicing as some fruits and vegetables just naturally have more water and so gives more juice. So far, definitely pleased with this juicer!

This HUROM JUICERS is everything you need! easy to assemble and comes with a manual as well as a guide for healthy everyday recipes along with helpful tips. the juicer is good for variety of fruits and vegetables (so far i have tried watermelon, apple, and celery) the results were astonishing it definitely extracted more juice than any other juicer i have tried so far.

Best buy I made. This juicer is great!!!!Its easy to use and easy to clean. This is my first slow juicer and have been using it every day. I start my day with a juice....I have been following the rainbow juices and it has been easy to follow on this juicer. Great juicer!!!!!!!!!

Well done, the delivery was a quick one

Ordered a blender in December and have had to email them countless times just to know if we will receive it. We were finally told we'd get it in the w/c 18th January. Then by this Friday. Friday comes along and nothing and again no response. So disappointing

Bad experience, bought Kuvings juicer from them, displayed in stock, after 13 days they couldn't update delivery time, contacted them over email and got replay - it should be, hope etc,
Finally I requested cancelation, awaiting refund
I would not recommend them, Not reliable company

I ordered a Omega CNC80s to Germany.
When i saw that you'll get an extra vacuum jar at the uk site for spending more the 200Euro on a jucier i wrote them an email.
I had already placed my order and they gave me one too right before shipping!
Delivery was just 3 days after my Order!
Awesome product and service!

Ich habe eine Omega CNC80 nach Deutschland bestellt.
Als ich sah, dass ich auf der britischen Website ein zusätzliches Vakuumglas bekommen, wenn man mehr als 200 Euro für einen Jucier ausgibt, schrieb ich ihnen eine E-Mail.
Ich hatte meine Bestellung bereits aufgegeben und sie gaben mir auch eine direkt vor dem Versand!
Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von nur 3 Tage nach meiner Bestellung!

Terrible customer service. Refused to repair a juicer that was still in waranty claiming I had not kept it clean enough. I have pictures to prove it is bright shiny and as knew. Beware, buttons that are not waterproof on a machine that is making juice. The people at this company have no integrity

The customer service cannot help beacose they don't know what is they job.
So right question is what they are doing there.

Bought a €349 Omega juicer, and the screen failed (the small seal at the end of the sieve which holds the augur) after about 5 uses. Contacted Juicers, who offered to replace the part under warranty once the postage was paid. Did so and was sent the wrong replacement part. Contacted them again and received a replacment sieve which failed in the same way as the original after a single use. Again contacted Juicers who now respond that as the juicer was delivered to a business address (used solely for convenience of delivery during the week) the warranty does not apply, so they will not replace the part. Absolutely ridiculous, non-service. Could not recommend Omega (materials used are not up to the job) and certainly do not recommend Juicers, hiding disingenuously behind terms and conditions where they know they have sold defective goods, unfit for the purpose intended. Buy in a real shop so if you have a problem, you can deal with someone directly. Avoid Juicers.ie as they are not worth dealing with,in my view.
