We bought a kitchenaid blender from this site for mother's day, and whilst it was a great gift, my mum preferred a different colour. They wouldn't allow an exchange, even when we offered to pay for the postage both ways so there would literally be no cost for them.
When we gave up and just opened the blender box to use, there is a big scratch on the blender glass when it is supposed to be a brand new product. Terrible company, will not purchase again from them or recommend.

Prompt delivery, reasonable price, cheaper than buying from original manufacturer. Can't moan, pretty decent.

I received my glass bowl within a few days of placing the order. It was exactly what I expected

Great price for the Magimix slicer and great speedy delivery service

Excellent service and product. The juicer is a breeze to use compared to our Green Star Elite GSE-5000 which was also purchased from this company. I noticed that a leaflet enclosed with juicer said that the warranty period was 1 year rather than motor 10 years and parts 5 years as shown on website but it was quickly confirmed to be the latter.

Bought a bread maker from this company in January 2026.It stopped working in March phoned Juicers.co.uk they asked me to email them with the problem.Then I received an email it was the email I send them about the problem,nothing about what they intended to doI would not use them again as their customer service useless.

I originally purchased a Lakeland deluxe mixer from Lakeland for £199. But when it arrived it didn't work. Totally annoyed I decided to just spend the extra and get a proper kitchenaid classic mixer at £350. Not cheap but what can you do 🤷. Juicers.co.uk offered all the colours and at the best online price. It was posted out next day delivery and packaged very well with no transit damage. Good company, top marks

The product did not arrive in its original packaging and looked suspicious, then when I tried to return it they interrogated me and were rude and threatening that they wouldn’t refund the full amount. They also wanted me to pay for the return and fill out a load of paperwork with the item so they could recognise the order.

Excellent experience. Purchased a KitchenAid 2.1 litre food processor in pistachio. Item exactly as described and pictured. Best value on the Internet I could find for price. Delivery was super fast and well packaged. Would highly recommend this company. 5 stars easily.

Dreadful customer service from this company, I thought you should be supportive of your customers, these guys certainly aren't! It feels like they don't care at all.

There was a problem with delivery to me (it was partially my mistake), I didn't receive the pin from DPD so I couldn't accept delivery, when I told them they just said I must have made a mistake and were very unhelpful and accusing. I was pretty shocked by this as I would have thought if someone wants to purchase from you, that you would treat them with some level of respect and gratitude as without customers they would have no business.

They were so bad in the end I decided to request a refund and instead order from another company.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a KitchenAid kettle about a week ago and the lid mechanism has already failed, making the item unusable.
Trying to resolve this has been frustrating. The company will not deal with you over the phone — the telephone number is for sales only — so you are forced to email and wait for a response. This is not acceptable when dealing with a faulty product that is barely a week old.
I have requested a refund and to return the item, but the lack of direct customer support has made what should be a simple process unnecessarily slow and inconvenient.
