Jan 17, 2025 - One hour later:
Hi there,
Juicer has never offered a one-month trial in its 10 years of operation. For over six years (that I can confirm of), we have provided a one-week Power-Up instead.
It’s understandable that different services might get mixed up, and we hold no grudge about that. However, it’s important to have all the facts clearly presented.
Thank you for your swift updates - I truly appreciate them!
Best,
Kosta :)

Hello, Rocker65,
This is Kosta, Head of Product at Juicer.
I’m addressing your review as it contains significant inaccuracies that misrepresent our product and our team’s efforts.
First, Juicer does not offer a one-month trial period. Your account setup appears to have deliberately circumvented our terms and conditions to gain unauthorized access to services. We continuously improve our platform and preventive measures, and it seems your actions led to the issues you described. These were a direct consequence of violating our Terms of Service. Our ongoing enhancements are specifically designed to prevent such activities and ensure compliance, providing a fair experience for all users.
Additionally, your claims about ISPs and website security lack evidence. Despite significant efforts on our part to investigate these concerns, you failed to communicate effectively or provide any supporting materials for us to review. Juicer does not control or interact with ISPs, and our extensive testing confirmed no such issues before, during, or after your case, invalidating your claims.
Finally, I’ve noticed a pattern in your reviews that show no constructive or positive feedback for businesses. Constructive and factual communication would have been far more productive. We remain committed to addressing genuine issues for our customers, but in this case, we stand firmly by the integrity of our product and the thoroughness of our investigation.
Best regards,
Kosta

Hello Rocker65,
We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the safety of your website. After thoroughly investigating your issue, we’re glad to clear up any misunderstandings about our services:
- At Juicer, we prioritize the security of our users’ websites. Our platform, designed to aggregate and display social media content, does not compromise website safety.
- Right upon signup, all users get access to premium features within the first Power-Up week. After the Power-Up ends, the Juicer branding is displayed on the feed of Small (free) Plan users, which is essential for us to continue offering our services free, as you mentioned.
- Juicer operates with read-only permissions and cannot post to your feed, a fact made clear during account connection.
- While ISPs can flag content for various reasons, please note that this is not indicative of a security risk originating from Juicer. As a read-only platform, Juicer merely aggregates content from user-specified social media sources. We strongly advise users to be mindful of the social media sources they add, ensuring they do not breach any local laws.
- In our investigation of your website, we found that without our widget, it is still being flagged for malicious content. Therefore, the issue with the ISP blocking cannot be caused by Juicer.
- Additionally, our team is dedicated to actively monitoring and promptly addressing any potential issues to ensure a safe and reliable service.
For any further concerns or questions, please contact us at hello@juicer.io. We’re here to help.
