I did not receive my order. No customer service. Fraud website

Wanted the product delivered early as was leaving abroad. As it was a gift for someone needed it to take with me. I tried contacting customer care through email and telephonically but was dissapointed with no response.
There is no timeline given as when the product would be delivered. Can't give a feedback as to how the product is, as haven't seen it yet.
In all a dissapointing experience.

Ordered two items and received only one, when tried to contact on email, whatsapp and calls, no one responds! One day they replied they would send the other item the next day itself and till date there no incoming of package!! Call- switched off, email- no response, whatsapp- single tick! Is this the way to run a business? Too much of carelessness! They totally ruined an important event for me! Such an idiotic website and people running this!

I haven't received any details about my order

Totally fake site and doesn’t fulfill commitments

There is no response given by them if we want to cancel it or update it too long time to deliver the good to the destination place

My order was canceled and was not given a reason as to why it was canceled, I'm still waiting to be refunded.

Order has not come. No customer service. No response from emails. Useless website/staff.

I think in this price it is best among others..

from past few months they're not shipping any products. We are few victim.We have paid on jucycart for some products but no response from them their contacts , email or social media handle isn't responding.if you want check their insta page first post comments you'll know...

So please if you have any contacts of Jucycart please share .....

Recieved broken product, tried contacting on WhatsApp and on email to get refund or replacement but will ended up recieving no response. Request people not to order any product from this or to recommend this site to anyone else.
