Excellent service from Todd left my property clean and tidy after the water repair

This is differently a 5 Star company Todd and Tom did a fantastic job arrived on time and completed the job to 100% satisfaction I would recommend them to everybody we would certainly use them again if needed.

Undertook a difficult job replacing the water pipe, with challenging access, in a very professional and orderly manner. Everything was cleaned up and left in perfect order and I can only say how much I wish this type of service was more frequent. I recommend Todd with no reservation.

Todd come out quickly to quote for a full water supply pipe relay which we have booked in for, reasonably priced. He has done us a temporary repair in the meantime to get us through until the full relay. Good communication and turned up when he said he would.

Todd turned out at very short notice to fix a leak on our drive. Identified the pipe, having to extend the hole. I was not at home so Todd provided not only photos of the work (Before, during and after) but also a video of the water leak. Great communication after the job was completed. I asked Jon Pierpoint to come and find a leak and repair it. He dug the first hole to find the actual pipe. The depth was about 5 foot. Once found he launched a special camera that records distance to where the water leak was. Found at 7.9 meters. Dug another deep hole and found the water leak and repaired it. Took from 8am to 17.00. Am very pleased with the service provided and would recommend him

I had a waterpipe leak at my property and contacted Todd from JT Pierpoint utilities ltd. Todd and his team came out and assessed the situation and preceeded to excavate repair the pipe and then reinstated the hole back how it was found. Todd kept me informed as the job moved forward and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. Brilliant company will use again

Highly recommend this company. Fantastic work carried out. I had a leaking pipe under my front garden steps. All fixed within a day and steps put back perfectly. Todd from JT Pierpoint recently fixed my underground mains water supply leak & just to make things interesting for him, the leak was directly underneath a conifer hedge along one side of my driveway! Within a few hours he had removed the offending conifer stump & roots, dug down about 1 metre, through soil & rubble, located the leak and replaced the damaged section of pipe, without even needing to disturb any of the tarmac driveway. Once he'd made sure I was satisfied with the repair, he backfilled the hole, cleared away all the rubbish & jetwashed my drive, leaving the site spotless. I cannot thank him enough for the speed & quality of work and the professional way in which it was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JT Pierpoint Utilities to anyone, highly recommended!

Todd did me a great job digging out a trench for an electric supply to my garage , after he ran a conduit for the cable and refilled the trench , worked safe & cleaned up the site , even returning to finish the refill after the electrician had to disturb it .

I used this company to find repair and refill following a water pipe repair. About a week later a second leak appeared. The company came out immediately to find and fix the problem.
Highly recommend them.

Just had Todd from JT Pierpoint round to fix a leak from a water pipe that came from the mains running under our driveway. Within 3 hours had removed the block paving dug down 4 foot replaced section of leaking pipe back filled the hole replaced all block pavers
Everything levelled brushed and cleaned couldn’t tell where he’d been all in pouring rain, brilliant, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Superb job.
