Success in activation
Initially the key would not activate with MS reporting the key had been used. When I did hear back from support they requested I try the phone activation, while I mild pain, the activation was successful using the call option. Thank you for the advice.

Bunch of Crooks
Stay away from these crooks, selling bootleg software. I bought Office 2021 and it wouldn't activate, they refused to give me a refund.
