Jow has truly changed the way I grocery shop! The app add all the ingredients I need for a specific recipe with one touch, it has saved me so much time and I don’t have to think much about what I need to cook all the time. I’m so happy I found this app!

With a variety of options, including keto-friendly meals, it’s a lifesaver for those days when I’m unsure of what to cook. Jow is my new favorite meal hack! It saves me so much time and money. I love that it will help create a delicious meal plan and one that utilizes ingredients across the menu. Gone are the days of throwing out most of a head of cabbage because I only had one recipe to use it for. I can even add my recipes to the app so I can plan meals for moms' home cooking while still staying within my budget. I love that it automatically creates a grocery list. I always forget an ingredient for a recipe, but not anymore! The stress of meal prep and shopping is gone!

I am a mom who cooks for her picky almost 2 yr old and picky husband and finding meals on jow has been so simple.. being able to find meals with a few ingredients instead of a thousand for one recipe is what I need.. i love to find new recipes. I love the speedy process
