Hi, I have had a horrible experience with this company from start to finish. The delivery window is a lie and the product quality is NOTHING like the description. After placing an order on March 20th, I waited close to 2 month for a partial delivery. The products delivered were NOTHING like the description. After 3 months, I still have NOT received an item. I have followed up multiple times with the company about the delivery status for the past 3 months. At this point, I am just asking for a refund of the item that was never delivered. The company claims they sent it with the recent delivery, but that is a lie. I have asked for full refunds and to cancel the order throughout the process but the company has ignored all requests. I originally spent 375$ US for my total purchase. To have to go through an experience like this has been horrible.

Beautiful ring! Exactly as picture. Shipping took a while but well worth the wait.

Well over a month when my payment was accepted yet no word about my order since. Needless to say no product received. Beginning to wonder of the validity of this company and may dispute my charge soon unless I hear from them.

I was skeptical at first, no communication but sent my exact ring that was shown! Very great craftsmanship so I will order again! My ring was very well made and true to image! And I’m picky!

"Yes...took over a month to receive...and communication was odd...BUT...I was a hater because impatient,,,,,BUT I received my ring..(spose to be canary but was TOPAZ..diamond...BUT still a beautiful ring for the 100.00......)...will I reorder....PERHAPS...but communication needs to improve BUT...the quality is superb!....

Absolutely horrible experience don't order from them. Ordered two months ago still no ring. I wanted a refund they wanted to give me 70 percent. This company is a farce

Horrible experience . Ordered in October 20024 and by now still don’t have the product. They delivered ones a very very bad quality ring and since then I just got empty promises . Please do not order from them .

I would NOT recommend anyone to make a purchase from this sight. It appears to be fraudulent. I placed an order on January 31,2025. I have yet to receive my package and it is March 1. I reached out two weeks ago to inquire about my purchase and was told shipping was delayed due to it being a Holiday season, and my order would be shipped by the last week in February , I still do not have tracking number or information for my purchase. I will be contacting the BBB

This company is a scam. They promise to ship my ring in15-20 days. When the time came to ship, they had to send the ring back because there were so many defects. I requested a refund and they wanted me to cancel my PayPal dispute claim. Saying the system won’t allow refunds with an outstanding dispute. Now they only want to pay 70% of the refund because of time spent on making the ring.

Horrible company. Do not buy. Customer service ignores you. These videos are not what you receive.. Buyer beware..

This company is scamming people. For 2 months they told me the ring I ordered was being handmade. Yeah sure. Then they needed to verify my address. Then they needed my phone number. Then I asked for the name of the courier. It was the Post Office. Joshiny sent me a form that had no indication it was the PO. Then they couldn’t find my address and asked for a relative’s address. I disputed the charge on my CC and sent them a very nasty email. Do not order from this company.

their product doesn't match the picture showing on the website , it looks terrible. they didn't send the proper size i requested . It's been 2 weeks I've send so many emails requesting a return. they are not responding to my emails. the product looks cheap comparing to the price.

The website claims that they have a 60 return policy and yet they have no contact information other then an email. This is day 5 trying to get a return label and so far they offered me $10 to KEEP the ring?! Very frustrating. I don’t recommend this company. It’s $100 for cocktail jewelry! I’m not satisfied with the quality or the customer service whatsoever. I feel like it’s a scam at this point.

Don't order from this company. I am still waiting for my order. It will be 2 months with expedited shipping. When you contact them they say Don't worry your order is in process, or it will be shipped tomorrow.

I am still waiting for my order. Be very careful of buying as I have been waiting since July and do not know if I will get my order or not

they didn't send a tracking number and it took almost 4 months for them to deliver 6 rings, they haven't kept track of what they've sent, I've sent a lot of emails and demanded my money, but they always reply that they'll send them next week……… it was exhausting trading I will never do it again

Beautiful, nicely crafted, will buy again!

Just received my third order of the 20-carat ring and oh my goodness am I ever excited. It is much more beautiful than in the pictures and video on their site. I almost need sunglasses to stare at it, it sparkles so much. The mounting is beautiful and exactly what is needed to compliment that large stone. I will definitely be checking out their site to see what is new. I definitely recommend you check out this business, they are really worth the time.

Very good product with friendly customer service will buy more
