Jo is a caring, supportive & fantastic personal trainer. From my very first conversation with her, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.
Over the past five months Jo’s knowledge, guidance & encouragement have completely transformed the way I approach movement, exercise & wellbeing … including a 1.5 stone weight loss!
Jo is always there with encouragement, prompt answers to my questions & reassurance whenever I need it. Every workout is tailored to my needs & always full of variety. I never feel bored or stuck in a routine.
Alongside all of this, with her wealth of knowledge, Jo provides fantastic nutritional & emotional support. She genuinely cares & if I ever have a dip she always seems to reach out at exactly the right moment to get me back on track. Being accountable to Jo is a pleasure & I am excited for the months ahead!

I adore this wonderful human. Jo has helped me in so many ways, I felt completely stuck not only with my fitness journey but also with my creativity. I began working with Jo in April 2025 and we’re still going strong. I have seen changes in my body that I never saw with my previous classes at the gym and now realise the importance of weight lifting in my 40’s and building strength, not just focusing on cardio. I’M SO CHUFFED! My main concern was working online and not in person but it’s just not been a problem at all. Jo is so knowledgable, so encouraging and supportive - and when life has been crazy busy or things have been overwhelming, she tailors the work outs to make them do-able with life life-ing.
