British-born Jenny Gliksman and her Peruvian-born husband Poldi spent many years overseas, predominantly in Africa, before establishing their jewellery business in the UK in 1998. With a strong background in jewellery and design from Poldi’s South American roots the company has grown steadily over the years and has a contemporary and eclectic collection of beautiful jewellery with designs to suit all tastes.
In 2002 IMPACT DESIGNER GALLERY was opened in their home base of Wilmslow in Cheshire and with collections of jewellery from other small designers this complements their own brand of JOOLS by Jenny Brown® which is fast becoming a respected name in the high quality fashion jewellery market.
Being a small and flexible company we are always open to requests and commissions from customers and strive to continue supplying an interesting mix of beautiful contemporary jewellery with new collections being added throughout each year.

Absolutely recommend

Beautiful doesn't do it justice
Beautiful ring arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. Well packaged and presented. Christmas present for my daughter in law, she chose it and it fitted perfectly. Will certainly buy again from this company.

Lovely company
Lovely company. I ordered a pendant and delivery was very quick. Pendant was gorgeous but a little large for me so I exchanged it for a smaller size. The exchange was so easy and fast. The company replied to my email straight away which is a rarity these days. Customer service excellent. My pendant is beautiful and I highly recommend this company. Thank you Jenny for your help.

Honest review of JOOLS by Jenny Brown
Amazing. This was bought was a gift. Website was easy to navigate and had plentiful choice. Order arrived within days. Both the necklace and earrings I ordered are perfect and are made very well. Package was beautiful and can’t wait till the gift is opened as I know these pieces will be extremely well loved. Will 1000% be ordering again and already have some items saved.

Lovely pendant
Good website, easy to navigate. Lots to choose from and some very good prices. The pendant purchased as a gift is beautiful. Packaging is pretty, if a bit excessive (quite a large box).

Beautiful Bracelet
I would not normally spend a great amount on jewellery for myself.
However my brother recently passed away and he left me a little in his will as he wanted me to be able to get something that would last and to remember him by.
I am so pleased with the bracelet and I am sure he would have been pleased with my purchase.

Excellent customer service
I ordered some 2mm sparkly earrings for my grand daughter's birthday. Unfortunately I was sent the plain studs. I immediately rang Jools and spoke to an extremely helpful and apologetic man who posted me out the right ones straight away. Excellent customer service and the earrings are lovely.
