Joolca UK Arvostelua

Top notch company offering very well built equipment. I recently purchased the Gotta Go composting toilet, replacing a portapotti in my campervan. This thing is incredible! It’s comfortable to sit on, totally smell free and the chore of emptying isn’t half as bad as it is with a traditional chemical toilet. Keeping the pee from the poo keeps the smells away. I am very happy to have made the switch

Excellent service as ever from the team at Joolca.

Great customer service and quick turnaround

Absolutely fantastic product and equally fantastic customer service

We purchased a Joolca HOTTAP Go for BWORKZ, our beekeeping charity, to form part of our mobile honey extraction setup. Because we work from a trailer at different apiary locations, having a reliable source of hot water for washing equipment, maintaining hygiene and cleaning up in the field is incredibly useful.
The HOTTAP Go itself has been brilliant. It’s well designed, straightforward to set up and use, feels properly made, and gives us exactly the kind of portable hot-water solution we needed. Although most people probably associate Joolca with camping and outdoor showers, for our slightly unusual use it has fitted into the trailer setup perfectly — and having the option of a genuinely decent hot shower when we're working away from facilities isn't exactly a hardship either!
What really deserves mentioning, though, is Joolca's customer service. From our email correspondence onwards, they have been genuinely friendly, helpful and interested in what we are doing. It never felt like we were just another order number. The communication has been excellent and the whole experience with the company has matched the quality of the product.
For a small charity like ours, good equipment makes a massive difference, but dealing with good people makes an even bigger one.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joolca, both for the HOTTAP Go itself and for the people behind it.
Thanks from all of us at BWORKZ — it'll be getting plenty of use!

The customer service at Joolca is the best I have ever known. They are quick at replying and resolving any issues I had. If I could award them 10 stars I would.

Outstanding customer services, product replaced within 24hours!…..I wouldn’t hesitate to buying from joolca again knowing they have your back

I had a small issue with my purchase, I emailed Joolca support, had a reply to the email within 30 mins. A brief exchange via emails & the issue was resolved within a couple of days. If only all companies had customer service as efficient as the Joolca team, life would be a lot more chilled!! Thank you to everyone at Joolca 👊

What a refreshing company to deal with whoever is in charge of customer service take a bow. I made a mistake when ordering my joolca shower forgot I'd already looked and put in basket so brought two by mistake, my first thoughts was oh great here we go this will be a ballache, Sunday evening sent an email explaining and 20 minutes later got a reply ,under an hour later when my double purchase had gone live on there system they refunded me for one , and the shower is absolutely fantastic very very happy highly recommended company...

The Hottap is fantastic but what’s really impressive is that when we had an issue with it after a year, Joolca resolved it with minimum fuss and completely exceeded our expectations. That’s the sign of a great company.

New Hottie arrived very promptly and very impressed with it

Joolca always answer your query quickly. Their employees are very helpful and seek to solve your issue ASAP. I also had a pump fail and was sent a new one straight away

Joolca gotta go toilet is over priced for what it is but I was willing to suck up the cost because I like the design and saw you can buy additional cassettes in case my fragile health meant that I struggled to empty it frequently enough. Ridiculously, the eco toilet is out of stock for 2 months but the eco cassette is available. I contacted them to ask if I could buy the chemical toilet and the eco cassette then return the chemical cassette sealed and unused. They made our that I could then said at the end that they would not refund the chemical cassette even if it was still sealed. They tried to upsell on an already over priced product. The corporate BS fake nice tone of the message left a bad taste in my mouth. Shame I was really excited about trying their products but their customer service is too poor so I won't bother.

The products themselves are great , but it’s when something goes wrong that is the brilliant part about Joolca they just make it right. Fantastic service.

Amazing after support from the Joolca team. I have had several questions over the years and the support team are always incredibly helpful with fast and friendly replies on their text helpline.
I have several products including Hottap, Hottap shower awning, Gotta go toilet and more. All the products are of top quality and just work! Love the brand and support, delivery is quick too, what’s not to like!
