Jon Richard Arvostelua 

Bought a jewellery set from this company and have not received it. I have emailed them three times now and they have not responded yet. I am still waiting hopefully, but so far their customer service is non existent. I certainly would not recommend them.

I purchased four bracelets from Jon Richard for a total of £71.10. The bracelets were advertised as gold plated, so I expected them to have a good-quality gold finish.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I received the items. The bracelets already had a yellow and dull appearance, which was not the gold finish I expected from the product descriptions. I have not even worn or used the bracelets since receiving them, so the colour issue was present from the beginning.

I also found the bracelets to be smaller than I expected.

As I have not used the jewellery, I was particularly disappointed to receive the items in this condition. Considering I paid £71.10 for four bracelets, I do not feel the quality meets my expectations or represents good value for money.

I am not satisfied with my purchase and feel that I have wasted my money. I hope Jon Richard will take this feedback seriously and review the quality and presentation of these products.

New website is awful. Clunky. The big bands obscure the items. Checking your basket to see if things match is impossible. Old one was far better. Ended up so frustrated with it I didn’t bother making the order. It’s shockingly unfriendly to the user. Shame as I used to buy a lot but I really can’t be bothered with the new site.

I have reached out to this company twice in relation to an order.
I have tried via their “contact us” form and it has been ignored.
And by email. I wanted to return my entire order as per my statutory rights.

I brought a set of jewellery costing me £70+, where unfortunately it has come up rather smaller than expected. The bracelet looks ridiculous on the extender and likewise for the necklace as the line of clovers then do not sit right on the neckline.

To complete the set I bought some earring, but I have no use for these earrings when everything else is useless! I have read their t&c’s and I do not agree with them at all and requested they take these earrings back and outlined the reasons why…
Firstly, these earring have not been opened, as per YOUR instruction on the earrings. Where it states:
“PLEASE NOTE once this bag has been opened pierced earrings can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reason”.
I sent them a picture which showed these earrings are STILL SEALED, THUS NEVER WORN and according to your packaging label I was allowed to return.
Secondly, their t&cs state you will only accept returns if the earrings are damaged. But to see if they are damaged that would require breaking the seal, something I was not willing to do as it would mean I could not return the earrings due to hygiene reasons. This kind of felt like you were being set up into bit of a trap here.
As per their earring sealed packaging and the mere fact it can be seen this packaging is intact. I wanted to return this order in it entirety. They have failed to respond so I have just returned the entire order and informed Klarna of the issue and sending them my evidence.
I do not want this jewellery, I would not recommend this company to anyone! The customer service is shocking! And there packaging and t&cs are contradictory. They do not have a leg to stand on. I am happy to go to small claims court to get my money back if need be with damages. I am sick of companies like this who treat customers like this.
The jewellery does not seem to also warrant the price tag attached to it. It comes up small.
I really would suggest customers avoid this store and save your money!

Had ordered few pieces of jewellary, unfortunately one item was missing but upon emailing the customer service m glad and thankful they sent me the missed item the next day veryquick response happy customer 😊

I love the heart ring and bracelet I have purchased, but most of all, customer services were so helpful.

I would highly recommend the quality of both.

Bought a bracelet for my daughter in laws birthday.
Lovely jewellery but unfortunately Royal Mail wrongly posted item through my neighbours letterbox and they were on holiday for 2 weeks. Sadly the gift missed the intended reason for purchase

Golly how I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.
I received my earrings yesterday, on opening the box the post severed completely from the main body of the earring before I even got them off the card.
I sent an email immediately to customer service. I have now sent a further two as they requested photographs, one email with photographs and the second immediately after with a video.
Extremely disappointing.
I have not received a reply as yet.
I will update as required.

The service was amazing - my daughter was let down and urgently needed a tiara for her wedding. I ordered it on Wednesday just before the 2.30 cutoff and paid for express delivery. It arrived on Thursday morning, was exactly as described and well packaged.

I really couldn't have asked for better service.

Absolutely horrible experience. Please steer clear and just go buy from a proper brand who knows how to do business. Just don’t buy from them if you value your money, time and peace of mind. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are arrogant, refuse to correct a mistake their brand did and gaslight you for raising the issue and asking for resolution too. Just stay the hell away.

I ordered a couple of pairs of earrings. I appreciated the free delivery offer. They were dispatched quickly and arrived safely in suitable packing. They look beautiful but I haven't worn them yet so I can't comment re quality.

My order arrived on Monday but I was sent the wrong item. I emailed their customer service same day to advise and supplied photo of the item I had received and asked for the wrong item to be collected and the correct item to be delivered. It is now Saturday and now response from their customer service, apart from automated email to say allow 3 days for a reply! Very poor customer service.

I bought a Bracelet for my friend on her birthday, although it get delayed, but she love it so much.

It was an extremely professional experience,not only in customer service but also in the presentation of the product itself quality was outstanding and I will definitely be making more purchases from you

This has now been resolved. I recommend dm’ing the team directly on instagram as I got quicker response and was sorted swiftly.

I received refund for incorrect item.

Never buy from again.
Tracking info absolute rubbish. Tracking number didn't exist.
No contact number only email and all you get is automated replies.
Item eventually arrived in a battered thin cardboard box. And the item inside in a jiffy bag.
Im sure the missis would love to open a wrapped jiffy bag.

Will take great pleasure in never buying jewellery from you again .

Dont know how the problem has been resolved you did nothing
