My sister sold my father's house through this company and even though it was delayed sale as the solicitors cause delays they kept my sister informed from day one until the final sale made the whole process as easy as possible when putting the house on the market the pictures where fantastic.

We have been looked after by Ellen Taylor for many many years with renting our 2nd house. She is very professional and knowledgeable & always to provided us with the best customer service. It’s hard to put into words just how amazing it has been from start to finish selling our home with JPT. Our house was originally on the market with a very well known estate agent chain who failed to sell the house within the 5 months it was on the market. Michaela had our house sold within a month!
Bojan then helped us with chasing solicitor updates constantly and never failed to respond to queries and provided updates where necessary. Towards the end of the process Bojan was chasing for updates consistently and reporting back to us on a daily basis.
I do believe the house would still be on the market if it wasn’t for JPT and we are so grateful for all the hard work they have put in for us.

We had a faultless experience with JPT. From arranging a viewing to the day of completion we could not of asked for anything more.
Our experience in buying our first home was much less stressful than we imagined it to be.
Our main point of contact was Michaela, who we cannot praise enough! All enquiries we had were answered in a timely manner (which were a few being first time buyers).
With our working hours being your typical 9-5 we found viewing the property difficult, which wasn’t ideal considering we needed to have a couple extra viewings after having our offer accepted in order to gather a plan of what we would like to do with the house once moved in. This was not a problem, with Michaela often arranging around ourselves (and sometimes having to wait around when we were stuck in 15-20 minutes of traffic).
I would recommend purchasing with JPT and would not hesitate to use their services again.
