Jonesmoves Ltd Arvostelua

A better moving experience than I could ever have imagined! Every part of the process was seamless - Rosie was friendly, efficient and really helpful with all my questions about arranging my move. Their prices are so reasonable compared to other quotes I got yet their service was absolutely brilliant. Liam and Casey were fantastic - they disassembled my furniture and emptied my flat quickly, calmly and with zero damage or problems, then got it all into my new house faster than I could ever have hoped. They’re a really friendly family team and completely took the stress out of moving for me - I’ll never use anyone else! Thanks so much Rosie, Liam and Casey

Great service. The whole team have worked with me through several date changes. The guys packing my goods were friendly , helpful, supportive and took great care with all my belongings.
They kept disruption to a minimum, were clean and tidy. I would defiantly recommend this company and would use again

These guys are FANTASTIC. Used for our house move tail end of 2022 from Fleet area to Godalming area, and honestly couldn't recommend enough. Best quote we had for a start (very reasonable prices) and efficient doesn't even begin to cover how they work. Everything handled with care and precision, packed securely, and move completed swiftly. 100% would use you both again and again. Thank you.

Great company really helpful and friendly good to use a local business fast & efficient

Fantastic service! Excellent communication, flexibility and understanding throughout the whole process. We had a very complicated move with the exchange/completion date changing multiple times and Rosie was very empathetic to our circumstances. On the day, the team were great - they turned up on time and got cracking with the job with an impressive level of efficiency. Definitely recommend!

The team were AMAZING and would highly recommend them for your move! Their packing and moving service was smooth and efficient and the team were very friendly and courteous. We’ll definitely use them again. Thank you team, for making the move stress free.

Just a quick note from me to say thank you for the move today. The guys were 10/10. Prompt, friendly and efficient.

Could not have gone smoother. Will 100% use again.

I used Jones moves recently to move out of my Flat and they where amazing. Rosie in the office was great keeping me updated on what was happening etc and the guys that did the actual move where Brilliant.
Super professional and Very Friendly.
I would 100% use them again if i decide to move but will be recommending them to friends and family that need a removal company!!

I just moved today to a new flat. From the moment I requested a quote until the end of the moving service, all went smoothly. Jonesmoves is a family-owned company, who care about its clients until the end. Decent prices compared to other big companies with lots of little letters to read between the lines. Here no hassles and no unnecessary charges. Either by phone or email, just let them know what you need to move and they will ensure to provide you all they can for a smooth service. And during the nice day itself, the 2 guys did a wonderful job carrying all the boxes and furniture for quite a few hours ( I had many boxes). They were careful all the time to not scratch or damage anything. Very punctual and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to friends and would definitely contact them again in the future! Thank you Jonesmoves for this smooth and stress-free move!

Truly AMAZING! Such a fabulous company to work with. The service before and on the day was second to none. The gents who did the move itself were polite courteous and very impressive. Worth every penny! Thank you so much for everything you did.

When I was trying to choose a removals company, I was bombarded with emails, texts, quotes (ranging from £300 - £2000). I wasn’t asking much. Pack up and move a one bedroom flat in to a house. Jones move struck me as a potential. They didn’t hound me with quotes or texts, it was actually quite refreshing. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The team fully boxed up our contents and moved everything securely and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or to use them again. Rosie and the team were a pleasure to work with. The price was realistic and sensible. Don’t be fooled by cheap quotes. Do your homework. They are cheap to lure you in. You’ll pay for it in the end. Use a reputable insured company like Jonesmoves and take the stress of moving away

Jones moves is an excellent company and I highly recommend them if you are planning a move. Rosie is excellent, she is extremely accommodating and helpful. Casey and Liam are amazing. They went above and beyond during the move and made the process so easy. Thank you so much JonesMoves. We’ll definitely be using them again for our next move.

The guys were fantastic - couldn’t have asked for better service!
Helpful from the moment I reached out to them, giving good advice and really fair prices.
Would totally recommend and use again.

Movers walked off and decided they didn’t want to do the move! Do not consider this company for your move unless you want to risk not moving at all. Team showed up late, clearly did not want to do the move despite full move details being supplied (floor, parking arrangement). Walked off and never moved us.

[Postscript - a very dramatic and creative re-write of history by Jones Moves. It’s also inaccurate. We are free to share our negative experience with others. We also value family run businesses which is why we use them. Such businesses should also reflect on all feedback so they can grow and improve.]

The team that moved our one bedroom flat was brilliant. They were friendly, helpful and worked really quickly.

I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly and prompt replies from Rosie throughout organising. The guys who came to do the move were very quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again!

I came across Jones Moves via Compare My Move and found them friendly and professional from the get-go. Quoted a very competitive price and every aspect of my experience using them was 5 star from initial contact and liaising prior to the move with Rosie in the office through the guys carrying out the move on the day. Will be using them again for future moves and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Rosie was extremely helpful and facilitating, this made the initial process very easy. The move itself went swimmingly, the 2 man team were very polite and efficient, no hassle whatsoever.

Really great company!

The team were punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. They took care of everything and all arrived safely.
Communication was also very good and they respond very quickly.
Would recommend.

We moved with Jones recently and were very happy with the service received. It all starts with Rosie in the office who is friendly and courteous on the phone/email. The two guys who did the moving were friendly and efficient. Definitely competitive on price and I'd recommend/use again.
