DO NOT use this company, goods were very poor quality, nothing like picture, cheap and unusable, customer service is shocking, only offered a partial refund however after many emails they offered a refund if I sent package back - however this would have cost more than £70 in postall fees....totally shocking, DO NOT USE!!!!

Sent the wrong product, despite this being their fault they wouldn’t send the correct product. Offered a 15% refund then 20% which I felt I had to accept otherwise I would be paying to ship the item back, very disappointed!!

Would have preferred to give no star if it was possible.
Very cheap poorly made sandles received. Will never trust Facebook ads again.

Sent wrong size. Said I had to pay for return and instead would give me £10 off another order. I don't trust them to do that and I would end up paying more for the shoes I wanted. So I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear

One star is too many. Received my wide fit shoes and will not even fit in my toes. My friend who is a normal size cannot get them on either. Asked for a refund but they need to be returned to China. H O stated as Hertfordshire. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

If I could have given them a 0 rating then I would . Poor quality boots arrived . I couldn’t walk in them as the heels were not safe . Luckily I payed through PayPal and received a refund . BUYER BEWARE. They are based in China not UK

Do not confuse this company with Jones Bootmaker in London. This is the mistake I made. Bought a "bargain", arrived three weeks later from China. One of the shoes had the heel ripped from the upper, obviously unwearable. Complained. was offered 15% refund or shoes had to be returned to China at my cost. Total scam, hiding behind the name of a reputable firm.

Do not buy anything from this company. The boots that arrived were nothing like advertised and were such poor quality I would not even contemplate wearing, even if they had sent the correct size. Complete con artists. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Experience the same as per everyone else. Ordered a 5 and they sent a 6. Wanted to give me firstly 10% or I’d have to send the item to an address in china at my own cost.. given the item was post dated to me from an address in Manchester why would I send it to china. This was obviously an attempt to keep my money knowing it would cost far more for me to return the item than the shoes actually cost. Then they offered 20% . Back and forth emailing several times, them refusing to refund me and accepting no responsibility for their mistake. I eventually launched a complaint with PayPal, 3 days later I got my full refund. Don’t give up people!! A a complete scam and fraudulent company!!!

Wrong shoe sent, wrong size as well. Offered a 20% refund or I could post back to china at my cost even though they sent something completely different to what I ordered.

Goods not as described. awful quality. Advert on Facebook is false. It states refunds available. I used the email (service@etc) provided on the advert on Facebook and it leads to a person in Hong Kong! Response was from zom690124_gmail.com. Response is in very poor English refusing a refund, demanding the goods be returned to an address in China for a 10%/15%/20% refund.. (I have had a lot of correspondence from here)
Goods are actually despatched from Shopperholic, 160-162 Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester M8 8LQ, which is also the address of a company named VIVIR.It appears this business is a fulfilment warehouse for a foreign trader. No response from them to my letter. I have carried out some investigation and reported the trader to Manchester Trading Standards and have reported the advert to Facebook but I see they are now using different names and continue to trade online

Absolutely shocking company who should not be allowed to trade!
Ordered shoes, size 5. Shoes arrived size 6 so I contacted them to ask to return and for them to send me the correct size.
The reply was, as you didn’t pay very much you have to find a logistic company to do this!! We will offer you 10% discount on your next order!
I can’t believe they are getting away with this no matter how much you pay.
As someone else said I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Wished I had read the review on this before I ordered. When I tried to cancel my order I was told I couldnt as it was proccessed & I then waited 3 wks for them to arrive.
Quality is shocking, cheap plastic brown sole on a black boot, wrong size sent, glue visable round the bottom of the material.
Now i am asking for a refund & getting no answer from them what a surprise.
Do not touch this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They were the wrong size. The ugly heels were misaligned .The sides of the shoes were smeared with glue and the insoles were some type of card. I have been offered a £10 voucher which means nothing! I will not shop with this company again and I would advise others not to waste their cash with these 'scammers'

I too have been caught out by this advert seen on Facebook under the name Jonesboots. Clearly making use of the well known reputable UK company Jones Boot Company. I have reported this to Facebook and Trading Standards in Manchester. The UK fulfilment address is on a tiny label attached to the packaging and is Shopperholic, 160-162 Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester M8 8LQ. The email address provided is actually a gmail address and does indeed lead you to illicit a response from China. Any response tells you to return the goods to China..in order to receive a partial refund. Since it costs them around £4 to use Royal Mail the partial refund is an insult. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund for misdescribed products. Getting it however will be difficult to impossible unless you take the UK business to court

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. A total scam. Received a totally different boot which was nothing like the quality advertised. They keep it from you they are in China so to return is expensive and they will offer you 10% then 30% to keep the boots as you have no choice. Totally unacceptable they get to advertise at all. Very angry about this

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a pair of boots and the ones I received looked nothing like the ones advertised that I ordered. I emailed querying what I’d been sent, but there was no explanation as to why I’d received the wrong boots, just an offer of a 30% refund or return them at my own expense, back to them in China! The boots I received were cheap nasty looking and I couldn’t even get them on if I’d wanted to! Awful company, leave well alone.

They sent the wrong size and the quality is very poor.

I ordered running shoes in December still not received them when I put in tracking number says can’t find and when I click on link for customer support doesn’t take me to one, is there a way to get yr money back

They have no integrity and appear to be a UK based business ( not to be confused with the UK Jones the Bootmaker!) They are in fact based in China. They offer a 15% refund and take the rest based on logistic company’s cost for shipping. Their products are cheap and nothing like they appear online. Do not waste your money and fall victim to their business tactics.
