Jollyes The Pet People - Warmley Arvostelua

They helped me to put my stuff in my car.

Friendly staff and service helpful I got the wrong item I wanted then realised it was not what I wanted having already paid for other items the assistant advised me to go and get what I wanted and she would do the exchange when I came back to the till brilliant service thank you for being so kind 💕

Treat customer service, friendly helpful staff, plenty of choice xx

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help with any questions I have. The man even looked out back for a good ten mins to see if they had what I was after. Great shop and great staff.

Lovely friendly staff. I asked a staff member if he could recommend food for my picky poodle, we had already tried numerous brands, he suggested Lifestage Raw. Now we have a poodle which actually eats her food! Fantastic advice. Just need to make sure the wormers are correct for raw feeding.

The staff at Jolles Warmley are so helpful it's always a pleasure to shop there.

Found exactly what I was looking for friendly staff at checkouts

Great prices and great service helped carry the dog food out to the car as I got 5 dogs and so a lot of food

Not much to say,
Went in got what I wanted and the cashier was polite enough then went out,
Products that I bought were fine.

Helpful staff and always polite

Great customer service

The store had what I wanted and the item was also on offer. The service at the checkout was excellent and the staff were both friendly and helpful even offering to carry the item out to my car as it was heavy.

We have been regular customers of Jollyes. Recent store changes are a big negative.
No longer are they selling loose dog biscuits WHY? They were always popular.
We feed K9 food to our dog. Changes in the shelving arrangement and foods stocked have minimised the space for K9 adult dog large bags and I took the last one available. Jollyes management- sort this out!

Everyone is very helpful where we go, past Asda at longwell green. Maybe Warmley.

Helpful staff, good choice of products .

Got all needed and staff gave advice for another item

Never had bad experience or problem and you don't say that about many places now.

I phoned my local Jollyes to check if they had an item in stock, which they did. I went there a few hours later and the person that served me remembered my call and was very helpful. Thank you ;-)

Great friendly service and had everything I wanted except ine item
