Very friendly staff,good with my dog. Gave me some good advice on dog food options for my shiba inu, would definitely recommend to pet owners. Great value for money v meat content with their lifestage... Näytä lisää

Excellent choice and great prices too. Staff are really helpful. Easy to order for click and collect. My only negative comment is regarding ordering large bags of kibble, it only gives you the option... Näytä lisää

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Poor price labeling and staff interactions

RE: Your offers are not clearly labled-
We recently bought a tub of dried sprats from your Swadlincote store, they were by the till labled £8.99 but upon paying at the checkout the price way far more than that!
The member of staff stated that the price we noted was fir a bag of pet food- that was not rhete anymore.
I advised the staff member that better lableing of products and price would be better and perhaps be nicer to customers.
My husband now refuses to shop at that store ever again (and i promise you, he won't) because he felt humiliated at the till and the staff were not helpful in the slightest

Unhelpful staff

The products are alright, but the staff are rude and unhelpful. They look really miserable. Is it that bad a company to work for?
