Great for everything for that larger sized dog and has such a selection of bits to buy to try individually for trying to see if your pet likes it then can go back and buy the large pack. I'm surprised... Näytä lisää

Sales assistant was fast and efficient carrying a heavy sack of cat litter to my car and placing it in the boot. Always cheerful and willing to help.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Staff friendly but not really clued up…

Staff friendly but not really clued up on where things are. I asked where the scales were to weigh my dog and the shop assistant pointed to the scales on the counter for biscuits!! Then once I explained that's not really for dogs proceeded to send me on a wild goose chase around the store because she didn't know where they were. I then asked in the grooming parlour and the young lady knew exactly where they were and was very helpful. All well that ends well I suppose.
