I couldn’t reach a bag of dog food on the top shelf a member of staff got it for me it wasn’t what I wanted so he found the one I wanted on a top shelf again handed it to me and put the wrong one back

Went to get my prepaid puppy 2nd injection they messed it up so I've got to start the hole process again which means 6 weeks till I can take my puppy out ?

Great for everything for that larger sized dog and has such a selection of bits to buy to try individually for trying to see if your pet likes it then can go back and buy the large pack. I'm surprised with the store and have a wide variety on all.

I always have a great experience at Jollyes in Stevenage. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I can always find what I need for my little cockatiel. It's a lovely place to shop for pet essentials!

Small store
The store wasn't what I thought it would be going by your other larger stores. You didnt have the food I need for my puppy and when I asked about was told they were making it anymore which isn't true.

Lovely, very helpful staff. Carried food boxes to cash desk and loaded into my car. I am so grateful as I have hand and spinal difficulties.
My little dog enjoys the Lifestage wet and dry food.

Feeding my fur baby!
Didn’t have the sized bag of dry dog food I wanted but managed to get a smaller alternative. Staff were really helpful and welcoming as always. Regularly use this store and would recommend!

Jolleys in Stevenage…
Whenever I go into Jolleys in Stevenage the young people are always so helpful and polite. Also their prices compared to other pet shops can be more reasonable. It’s also easy parking.
