Jollyes The Pet People - Selby Arvostelua 964

I purchased a bag of sunflower seeds to feed the wild birds which frequent my garden and allotment the price was £22 . The birds will not eat them , I told jollyes about this and they informed me that if the bag was opened then they would not give a refund .I explained that without opening the bag it was impossible to tell the birds would not eat them. A very clever way to not treat the customer properly, never again .

Went into the shop in Selby today the shop is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful I was served by Meg to day she is so nice must say your staff are a credit to your company thank you Delphine Meakin

Always fast efficient service for delivery, the website can be a bit glitchy though which is frustrating if you are in a hurry. We use online and our local store is Selby and the staff are very helpful there.

One word, Shocking. I went in a couple of days ago with my Labrador Stanley, he just wanted to say hello to staff but unfortunately they all just looked down on him like he was a piece of cr*p. He doesn’t jump or bark, just wags his bottom and wants a pat. All the staff was just talking in a circle doing nothing and not a single hello from staff to customers it felt very unwelcoming. Went to grab some treats from the loose weigh to see a million flies all over the treats I understand it’s going to attract flies but not that many this was disgusting I’ll be surprised if they haven’t laid eggs yet. They was no one at the till I saw a staff member look at me and proceeded to ignore me and go down another aisle. A member called Debbie came over they was no apology for the wait or a smile, only asked if I was in the pet club. Stanley was eager to jump up to say hello and the lady just did a small giggle like she didn’t want to serve me. I see why everyone suggests Pets at Home now.

Value for money, staff helpful and plenty of stock in that I wanted for my pets.

Debbie the Duty manager went out of her way to help me with choosing food for my
Newly diagnosed dog who has diabetes she’s very knowledgeable friendly and approachable I couldn’t thank her enough for putting my mind at rest about my own girl.
I found all staff there very helpful

I come to jollyes for all my dogs food and since you have changed all the staff it's just not friendly the new staff don't help are quite rude and know nothing about your products
