Overall, very happy with my visit, got everything I needed at a lesser price than other vendors. Staff are friendly and helpful and products are equivalent or better than others in same bracket.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The staff were really helpful

There was a lady with long brown hair that really helped me with selecting a puppy food for a new pup I’m picking up this weekend and also helped with other items

Always the best prices

Always the best prices, my puppy food is always available at a great price. Lots of toys and accessories. Loyalty vouchers available. The staff is always available to help if needed. My collie is happy during visits

Highly recommended

Very polite staff, great customer service, excellent choice of products and just on our doorstep. Just what we needed when we gave a litter of 7 pups. So taking regular trips there

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing, had everything I need for my two dogs and my rescue kitten! My dogs were able to sniff around the shop and pick out their own treats too! It was amazing and lovely to see them to happy!
There was even water outside the shop for dogs! The staff member was so nice and kind! She loved our dogs and kept telling them how pretty they are!

The shop has everything we needed from kitten milk so dog treats to a a bed for the kitten!
