From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Highly not recommended - unprofessional grooming service

I took my puppy to the groomer and she looks HORRIBLE!!! I highly don’t recommend this place. Her coat was cut unevenly everywhere and even the groomer realised about that! There are parts where she is bold :( I would do some more research next time she needs a cut.

I really like jolleys

I really like the jolleys store in reading, it’s the first one I’ve been in and it’s nice to have a selection of different toys and treats, everything is really good prices too

The girls in the Groom room are fantastic at there job, so friendly and professional. Most of all my dogs love going there

First time experience

First time at this pet store/clinic and the staff are so welcoming and love a good chat. I received a lot of help for items for my new puppy and the vet helped explain things to me without judgement. Really great experience, can’t wait to go back for more goodies.
