Excellent customer service, great products. Staff kind and helpful. Also clean, spacious, easy parking. Highly recommended.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The item we purchased was marked at…

The item we purchased was marked at £27, at the till we were charged £28. We explained to the cashier this wasn't the first time it had happened, she replied with 'this is a head office problem'. No apology received. She also made us wait until her queue had finished before she dealt with the refund. I know it was only £1, but how many other people have been charged extra without realising.

Shop is great, app terrible

Shop is great, and the lifestage food range is excellent however...
Website and app are very poor.
Crashes often
Error "cannot login for security reasons" messages when I try and login when I know the password is correct.
Collecting points and vouchers is a waste of time if you can't login to use them.
It has been this way for the 2 years I have owned a dog, and I get the same issues on different phones.

Plenty of stock

Prices are lower than some other pet stores. Plenty of options for natural pet treats.
Need to get used to the new layout of the store
