Staff are always courteous, helpful and well presented. My dog loves this place especially pick n mix dog treats eg; rabbits ears etc I say pick 1 to him he ends up self picking about 4 or 5 lol 😆... Näytä lisää

As previous visits there's a good stock of raw foods by different manufacturers/brands. Easy to view freezer contents and make selection. Loyalty scheme and discounts available on certain brands.... Näytä lisää

Had gone in as pup seemed to have really soft stools and staff were amazing on listening and guiding me on a food more suited for him, and not even a week on after changin food i noticed a difference,... Näytä lisää

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Had gone in as pup seemed to have really soft stools and staff were amazing on listening and guiding me on a food more suited for him, and not even a week on after changin food i noticed a difference, also helped sizing him for his jackets and treats suited for his stomach. So staff are very well educated and help so much

Keith!!! (Staff member). He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Made us feel like we want to return to the store.
Range and price of products was really good.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Super friendly. Will definitely be back. They let us take store trolley and bring back. Man serving was very helpful and helped us both download app.

Go elsewhere

I’m writing on behalf of my friend, she took her two dogs to be groomed by Dion, in Edinburgh who does a great job of the two Lhasa’s.
She told me she was advised to take the dogs elsewhere as they cry for one another, Stacey was very upset as she’s been taking them there for a long time, and felt the dogs were not welcome.
If she’d asked for them to be brought in separate this would have been done, but she told her to go someplace else where there are two groomers. Absolutely devastated by this and totally unprofessional

Good shopping experience

Layout of shop, cleanliness, variety of products, friendliness of staff, prices - all in all a good shopping experience - even managed to get the digestive care dog food we have been looking for and could previously only get online
