Store close to work. Doesn't seem to stock Royal Canine urinary care any more so was a little disappointed. Usually a pleasant experience spoiled on this occasion by teenagers running round the store... Näytä lisää

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I shop in the store a few times a month…

I shop in the store a few times a month and every time I go into store the assistant are really not very helpful and rude I would shop elese where if It wasn't for the fact is I buy my dogs food from there

You’ll find more personality in the Crematorium

I’ve only given this review a 3 star as had another pretty miserable experience with Jollyes in Eccles again.
I can honestly say that I have seen more personality in a Chapel of Rest than I have witnessed from staff (not all mainly the store management) I would have scored a 1 but some of the team are great it’s just a shame they aren’t always working.
When there is so much choice of retailers and the domination of online this store really doesn’t understand the concept of loyalty of customers.

Would I shop here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT
Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY NOT
Advise to the staff (non management) LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB/EMPLOYER

Good customer service

The retail assistant ,forgive me I can not remember his name ,was very helpful with his knowledge and advice on us getting a new kitten

Store close to work

Store close to work. Doesn't seem to stock Royal Canine urinary care any more so was a little disappointed. Usually a pleasant experience spoiled on this occasion by teenagers running round the store getting in everyone's way. Nobody really tried to stop them so was extremely annoying. Otherwise, staff pleasant.
