From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I visited your shop in Cookstown for…

I visited your shop in Cookstown for the first time yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. I wanted to buy some dog food and when I asked for some advice the shop assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was confident with his advice and I hope to return. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and 15%…

Excellent customer service and 15% reductions given during the cost of living crisis,it makes a big difference in the prices of our local pet shop,let alone the discount the price is a lot lower to begin with

Acknowledgement. I was in the Cookstown store and there…

I was in the Cookstown store and there were 3 ladies / young ladies working, but talking together and I stood a minute before I was served, they didn’t say hello or acknowledge me which I felt was very rude!
One young lady then served me, and was pleasant when she served me and asked me did I need a hand out to car as I had a lot to carry, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! I was very thankful for her help!! Didn’t know her name!! Thanks M
