From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. In particular the young girl at the till was so helpful...10/10 for customer service to that wee girl. I am deaf and the staff were so helpfull

Coleraine store

I shop in Jollies at least twice a week and have always found the Staff in the Coleraine store friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Experience

It is always a pleasure shopping in Jollyes, whether for our feathered friends or our 2 dogs.
We have found staff are always happy to assist us with any queries asked of them.

I purchased pet wipes which were…

I purchased pet wipes which were supposed to be 3 for 2 (£2.50 each)
It seems that it was not exactly the price of 3 for 2, as 3 should have been £5 plus I purchased 2 packs of poo bags 1.75 X2 ,(£3.50),total £8.50.
I paid £9, which is 50p more, not a lot but also not what it should have been.
