Jollyes Colchester- Lou is absolutely amazing and her customer service is fantastic. So helpful and really helped us out with our dog. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Such a lovely woman.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Pixies inoculation

The vet & his female helper were extremely helpful with my cat after I told them she would probably bite or scratch,
She was very well behaved nobody got hurt, she even let them weigh her.

very poor help in staff they didn't…

very poor help in staff they didn't care at all for what state the animals are in and this isn't the first time I've had to complain about this shop I find it very cruel that animals have to live in these conditions while staff members are busy enjoying getting money but aren't even bothered with the animals and probably aren't even feeding them the right amount like why get a job with animals if you aren't gunna care for them properly

Knowledgeable staff

Knowledgeable staff who knew the answers to my questions and young man on the till was really friendly without holding up the 2 people behind me in the queue..😃 Will definitely be returning.
