Jollyes The Pet People - Clydebank Arvostelua 

I LOVE Jollyes, always go there for my dog and bird stuff.
Never had any complaint.

This time however, it was like walking into a morgue, no atmosphere, no music on, no animal noises as all cages, tanks, enclosures empty.
The best part of the trip to jollyes is seeing the animals but I was told the company cant afford to keep animals in stores now!? Such a shame. Maybe Jollyes should consider lowering their prices so more people can afford to shop there.
There was one lovely girl on the cash desk and then 3 girls huddled around what looked like a black bin bag laughing and carrying on while bagging up the LIVE insects.
I REALLY hope that bin bag was not getting put out in a normal bin!

Vet was very nice and helpful as were the shop staff.

Purchased 2 x Royal Canin German Shepard Puppy 12kg via the ‘click and collect’ online service. After returning home with my purchase I noted that both bags of food were beyond the best before date by around 3 weeks. I appreciate that mistakes happen and staff may not have been aware, but I feel the company overall should improve its stock rotation of specialty foods that maybe don’t sell as fast as other brands.

As a result I had to return both bags of food for a refund. The staff in store were very apologetic and couldn’t have been more helpful in providing me with a refund.

Unfortunately I had to shop with a competitor to obtain the same products and I am unlikely to use the ‘click and collect’ service with Jollyes as a result of this experience.

We've recently got a kitten and there are NO vets where we live able to register her with their practice. I found the Jollyes shop purely by chance and discovered that they have a community vet offering vaccinations and other routine treatments- and what is even better at a fraction of the normal cost at a veterinary practice.
We have seen the vet twice now for vaccinations he was lovely and very kind and gentle with our small kitten.
He took his time in looking her over and did vaccines and microchip on 2 consecutive weeks.
The shop is also very good for pet supplies with a loyalty programme.
I highly recommend.

For the past three years I have
taken my dog for her booster to Clydebank store, making appointments there. Yesterday, I was told that I have to make them on line. I told her that I am blind and live alone. She said that I could get someone to do it for me!
In future, I resptfully suggest that you should consider ways Osidge the needs of visually impaired and blind people. This would keep us independent.
