From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Friendly staff

I have been using Jollyes for about 18 months, competitive prices and helpful staff. on one occasion product was out of stock they put one by and contacted me when delivered

Where are the rewards for loyal customers

Products are great however it’s disappointing to find out that not only have the discounts for pet clubs stopped that rewards are given £2 every 5 shops which could be £1 a shop and not on value! I spend on average £40 a shop once a month so would need to spend £200 for any reward now

Helping hands

The cashier is very helpful she carry my sacks of cat grit to the car and is very polite her name is jade from Brompton way bolton jollies some of the food is cheap but some isnt

Amazing customer service

I only nipped in for one item but the young lady that served me could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her, She is a credit to your store. If I had known you would ask for feedback I would have noted her name.

Top quality advice

In the Bolton store Steven provided a lengthy and well informed explanation, with diagrams, about the flea cycle and how to control fleas on the cats and in the environment. He massively went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the products were aimed to treat and how often to use them.
I'm so impressed with the quality of advice received.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products available and gave good advice
Plenty of items to choose from & the dogs loved their visit to Jolleys Astley Bridge! 🐶
