Deputy Manger zero customer Service
The Deputy Manger has zero customer service. She dealt with one customer and then turned her back on me to have a conversation with her colleague about her personal life for at least 5 minutes. She then walks off, her colleague asked are we booked in, clearly not as you have just had a 5 minute conversation with her. Appalling service, how did she get the job.

Vaccinations
It’s nice that a store, offers this service as our fur babies are family and, the extremely high vet prices makes it easier to make sure. They are kept up to date health wise.

I was allowed into the store a couple…
I was allowed into the store a couple of minutes before closing time. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite it being closing time.

Miserable girl serving.
Always get great service from Joylees but this time the girl was quite miserable and it was not the usual high standard of customer care I receive.
